Well to be honest their were several hiccups and contact problems, I had to reach out to them on Facebook to get a reply, which was very refreshing and helpful and then I got a call right away. In the end they got it fixed and turned out to be nice people. The dryer is working fine now, but it did take almost a month.

Worst customer service ever. I left over 7 messages and never received a call back from the receptionist regarding our part they ordered for our 3 year old dishwasher that we bought for $899. It cost us $500 to have it fixed. They ripped us off. It literally took the technician 15 minutes to fix it. They were supposed to fix it the day they received the part. That didn't happen. I specifically made it clear to the receptionist that we had dinner plans at 5:45pm. They showed up at 5:30pm.

We had had a great experience with Adrian repairing our dryer. The manufacturer originally sent the wrong parts, but this was quickly remedied and he was back out a few days later for the repair. He ended up finding something else wrong, but it was fixed free of charge. He was professional and great to chat with!

I was very happy to find Oregon Appliance Repair on Yelp. I needed a new refrigerator and other things fixed when my old fridge broke down. They were able to come out to my house quickly and fix everything I needed, all at an affordable price!

Fairly prompt in scheduling a repair. Technician showed up and looked at the frosted over refrigerator vent, asked for a credit card for a flat sum for the visit and 2nd visit to bring the part and repair. The "fix" worked for three months and failed again. Only replacement part was guarantied, not labor. Called Jenn-Air, determined that the 3+ year old Refrigerator was under warranty, but had to be repaired by an authorized Service Center, which disqualified Oregon Appliance. Could have saved $400+ by going to an authorized service in the first place. Chose Appliance Hospital Repair and their service response has been terrific. They answer their phone, respond to emails and techs are really knowledgeable.

Oregon Appliance Repair is the best appliance repair company in the area! They are dependable, affordable and a pleasure to work with. I've known them for years and they have helped me resolve my issues.

This company will scam you. I hate to bash a local company, however, the quote I received for servicing of my oven was absurd for the replacement of a single piece (that you can buy online for $60.) I decided to go with it because the appliance man pressured me when he was at my house. They then proceeded to charge my credit card and haven't responded to my 10+ calls and messages to schedule service to have the item installed.

Called on Friday November 17th again on the 18th and 21st. Finally got a call back Monday afternoon
Scheduled a Wed appt. On Tuesday they called to verify time between 2 and 6 pm. It is now a week later and still no show no call
Left me without a working oven on Thanksgiving /birthday
Maybe they meant next 23rd of Nov. Do not use

We contacted OAR 2 months ago to come look at our commercial dishwasher. The service technician arrived and did not even know how to operate it. Should have told him to leave at that moment. It is a basic commercial dishwasher and has a START BUTTON! Our employee had to show him how to start it. I thought this is what they do? That is like taking you car to a repair facility and the mechanic asks you how to start your car. Our dish washer was only having an issue with the door switch. It was still operating. The key word here is WAS. After disassembling our dishwasher and loosing half the screws. It was put back together incorrectly and it did not work. The technician did not test it, he just left. He did not know what the issue was with the dishwasher, so he wanted to shotgun a harness and door switch in it. We had to have someone else come out. Did not call OAR to come back. When the dishwasher was put back together, the main wiring harness was not routed correctly and jammed into the dosing pumps timing gears. We had another company come out and fix our dishwasher. It was just the door switch, not the harness for it too. The technician actually diagnosed it, instead of try to throw parts at it. 2 months later, OAR wants a payment. They never contacted us after the technician left or gave an invoice. This is a very shady company. they will show up, break your equipment , try to over charge you and threaten to take you to collections. Stay far away from OAR. the bad reviews are 100% correct. Save yourself the head ache and DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE.
