Brown's Chimney-Air Duct Cleaning

I have used Browns for cleaning our Masonry furnace and wood stove since moving to Bend. He has always been great at communicating with us. He always calls ahead.

He has repaired our wood stove and gotten us parts that I couldn’t find. I find his knowledge to be very helpful and worth the costs.

He has never left a mess!

We will continue to use his services until he retires.

We have been using Browns Chimney Service for about 16 years now . never had a bad experience , they are very thorough down to removing the pine needles around the chimney...

Save yourself the hassle of going through Browns chimney. He has no sense of urgency or knowledge of pellet stoves.

It’s been almost 2 months and he has not yet solved our lack of heating situation. The first time he came over, he couldn’t figure out the problem and said he would be back in a week to pick it up and take to the shop.

Took it to the shop, said he fixed it the problem. When we went to use it, it didn’t turn on. Called him that same day to let him know the pellets were not feeding the pellet stove.

He said he “fixed” it and told us he would again, be back in another week….

He shows up to tell us it needs a new part. Goes ahead and orders the part, we continue to wait….. finally get it in and yet it still didn’t work.

The owner of the home we live in, was suggested to just go ahead and just purchase another brand new pellet stove, because browns chimney couldn’t figure it out. On the day he’s supposed to come and install the new stove. He ding dong ditches and lacks to call us to let us know he won’t be able to come back until next Tuesday. All because no one answered the door, when in the past we’ve told him to go ahead and go in regardless if no one is home. No phone call, NOTHING.

It’s been almost 2 months and this guy has yet to do his job. Enough with excuses!

His service was sent to us through property management. Otherwise I would not recommend giving this guy your money or using any of his services.

Waist of time and money. And you will be left hanging in a cold house for many weeks to months because he has no sense of urgency or knowledge of what he needs to be doing.

This company did a great job for me. They also do my back flow testing every year. Great service

He fixed our pellet stove and saved us from having to buy a new one. Pretty quick responses and over all friendly family owned business. I would 100% go here again if I needed anything.
