Einstein Pros Plumbing Heating Cooling

Showed up next-day for a non-emergency fix-it call, and did the dirty work of crawling under the house to fix a leaky sewage pipe ... all with a great attitude and at a very reasonable price (less than I thought it would be). HIGHLY recommended. Punctual, skilled, and priced right. Can't ask for more than that.

Excellent from the first phone call, to them calling me back to let me know the technician was on his way so I could know when to leave work to meet them. The technician was friendly, professional and did a great job. Very happy and will use again and refer to friends and family.

We had a weekend emergency, a leaking disposal that we couldn't fix ourselves, and Einstein sent a technician out on a sunday afternoon. Not only did he show up on time, he wasn't cranky to be working on a sunday! He had a smile on his face, fixed the problem in 20 minutes, gave us a very fair rate and left us chocolates to top it all off. Will I use Einstein in the future? Does Dolly Parton have back pain?!?!? OF COURSE!!!!

NEVER, NEVER again will I have Einstein Plumbing on my property.
On Friday due to a blockage, my sewer line needed to be dug up. Two Einstein employs arrived with only one small tarp to put the dirt on. I ask about more tarps but apparently it was too much trouble to go get more.
When they finished large rocks from the dig were left here and there. Material (Pumice) from the bottom of the hole was scattered around the area.
On Monday I called to discuss the condition of how my landscaping was left. Dan the owner came out.
After serval minutes of going back and forth he reluctantly agreed to do something about it.
Tuesday, two Einstein employs showed up, one with a very belligerent attitude.
Apparently, Dan the owner talks unfavorable about his customers to all of his employees.
I was met with hostility and told, “We are doing you a favor.”
I do not think it is asking too much to have my property left as it was found.
After they had picked up a few rocks, and some negative words were aimed at me, they left.
In the end Dan called a landscaper, who tidied things up in short order.

I had Kenney come over and do a garbage disposal install. My house is an older house and the job wasn’t an easy cut and dry install. Kenney found a way to make the install work for my house and the finished product looked great.

Terrible HVAC service. Both systems they installed we’re done incorrectly and have cost us hundreds of dollars through other companies to fix because Einstein won’t take responsibility. Do Not Have them install your Hvac!

Quick response and exceptional service. We have used them in two water plumbing issues. Both time fixed the problproblem quickly and work was of the highest quality.
