Brian at Larson Mechanical is your guy. Responsive, helpful, and honest.

Helped me get my gas furnace running over the phone in a pinch during a snowstorm. This was after another HVAC company came out and charged me an arm and a leg to misdiagnose the issue. They tried to charge me $900 to replace something that didn't even need to be replaced, and they left me in the cold.

Brian got me up and running over the phone then fixed the issue in 15 minutes for 1/10th the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Brian.

Last year my father also used them to fix his AC during the heatwave and they came around same day (when everyone in town was booked weeks out) and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

Brian Larson delivered same day services on 1/13/2017. Originally I was just asking for a fan blade to be installed on my ac/heat pump. Upon further inspection going above and beyond he found the unit was previously wired incorrectly from another company in Bend. He fixed the wiring on the spot and explained everything that he was doing. I have lots of questions and he was very personable and happy to professionally answer everything. Also, my freon was extremely low and causing heat pump to work very poorly. He was the first out of 3 different technicians from other reputable Bend companies to find this issue and offer a resolution on the spot. He pumped up my freon to factory settings and my heat is working better than it's ever been in the 4 years I've owned the house. I couldn't be happier with the service and will be using Brian and recommending him over and over. It was nice to hear an offer to help with my current system instead of hearing you need to replace everything. Thanks again for the stellar work at a very good price - and again same day service! We thank you for warming our house so we aren't miserable all winter :)

Great honest service. Fridge sounded like it was going out. After 10-15 minutes of inspection, he advised it would self-correct. No charge for any of his time or advice. Several days later it self-corrected. We appreciated his integrity.

Heat wave 2021 it us Thursday as our 20 year old AC unit stopped working. Called Brian at 8:30 in the morning and he was there that afternoon. Very friendly and truly seemed to love his job and making people happy. He had the part on his truck and was done in about 15 minutes. Thank you Brian for still being one of the good ones.
