Answered our call on a nice Saturday when our A/C went out. He was willing to sell us the capacitor we needed for a very fair price, but we opted to have him do the work. Brian came out right away, did an excellent job and our total bill was less than some places quoted us just for the part! Great service and prices.

Brian was the only person to return my call when I had an appliance issue. I called 5 other appliance repair options in Bend. He quickly worked through the problem with me over the phone and determined it was an issue I could likely handle myself. He instructed me on how to do it myself when he could have come out and charged me for it. Later, when the problem persisted, he continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He is extremely fair and very easy to talk to. I will definitely call him again when the next problem arises.

I ended up having my garage refrigerator/freezer go a little bonkers on me.. Completely filled with food and a little panicky. Brian came over and assessed the situation in a heartbeat. I was lucky that it was only a frozen coil...so he advised me on what to do next to fix the problem. Simple solution..and this "damsel in distress" is very appreciative.
