TWO FOR TWO! Over the past two months at two homes, we have had stellar service from Kris at Deschutes Heating! We are new to Bend and feel confident we have found the BEST heating service company around. Thank you, Kris!!

Driving down the Old Bend Redmond Highway, this guy almost rear ended me going full speed while I was stopped waiting behind a car that was turning left. I could see in my mirror that he was just gazing off into the distance out the driver window and not paying attention to the road. It wasn't until I honked my horn that he looked forward and slammed on the breaks. Unfortunately, the wasn't the only time. When I made it to Hemholtz, a car slowed to turn and he again came very close to hitting me. Then, trying to turn onto 126, he didn't fully stop at the sign behind me and almost hit me a 3rd time. He is a menace on the road and I wouldn't trust him to pay attention to anything...

When our AC went on the blink during a heat wave, our regular HVAC company said they couldn't come out for 12 DAYS! I was referred to Deschutes Heating and Cooling and they were there the next morning. The tech was early, made a simple fix, and showed us how to use our system more efficiently. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.

My furnace died. Dave was out to my house within hours, quickly diagnosed the issue and procured the required parts. This all happened before I even heard back from the other companies I called. Deschutes Heating & Cooling was very fast and professional. Thanks Dave & Lisa!!

I had a problem and concern about my heating system, so I called Deschutes Heating and Cooling and they came out immediately, looked things over, did some tests , and explained in detail how the system should be operating, and how to maintain it. I was very satisfied with them thank you

I called Deschutes Heating and Cooling to come out and check my air conditioner, it was leaking. Dave came out, he was such a professional. He checked it all out and only charged me $85.00. I totally recommend this company.

Never received a reply to my detailed inquiry. Disappointing.
UPDATE: received explaination/apology, on-site visit and then promptly received estimate. High marks on the effort.

I love companies that just make doing business easy. One quick phone call and bam! Someone was out looking at my furnace and AC unit and with no up sales involved.

Best ever. From office to service, these guys are tops. They do business the way it ought to be done.
