Brian in dispatch was very helpful and followed up with prompt scheduling. Our technician Taylor was incredible! He went above and beyond with diagnosis and repair of our furnace at a fair price. He checked the entire system and made sure everything was in good order before he left. We were so satisfied with his work we signed up for the yearly maintenance program!

My wife and I just had a GREAT experience with the installation of a new heat pump system in our home. We also had a ductless system installed in a separate addition to our home. Gerald and his install team was very professional and friendly for sure. They were very punctual and on point in moving through the project. The total project was projected to take 4 days, but they were able to wrap it up in 3. Their communication regarding systems operations was clear and very easy to understand. To say the least is was a very seamless and pleasant experience. I cannot recommend Cascade Heating Specialties strongly enough!

This review comes from someone who has built 4 houses and has worked in the construction trades. I contacted cascade because I had another major competitor install a new construction installation that went disastrously horrible that caused major rodent infestations from defects in installation and design. After contacting Cole from sales, describing my problems, he came out to my location, about 40 miles from Bend. We went over my problems and identified the issues. We went over many different options considering I wanted to focus on air purification and very high efficiency A/C. They efficiently removed the poorly installed equipment from another company. With a highly detail oriented and polite crew installed my new system in a snow storm, outside the entire time. They did all this with a smile. Very impressed, and highly satisfied. Top notch service.

Taylor called before arriving, and did a great job maintaining our HVAC system. He diagnosed, and replaced, a capacitor was getting week, which could caused serious system issues if it had failed. Overall, I'm very happy with the annual maintenance call.

We used this company to purchase and install our heat pump and heating and cooling system 7 years ago. We have used them for our bi-annual maintenance ever since. They are prompt thorough, and professional both in setting up appointments and when they do the service. They keep our system running well. Would highly recommend them!

Taylor was on time, thorough, and he explained everything. A text (with photo and information/credentials) and phone call alerted me that he was on his way. Really impressive from start to finish!

Cole and the entire team did a great job from job proposal to installation, and were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They spent extra time ensuring we got our utility company rebate as well. And we have depended on Paul, our amazing service technician, for years to keep our system running smoothly. I would highly recommend Cascade Heating!

Very disappointed with our experience with this company. Technician quoted a price for additional work on site and invoiced price was 10x. Went back and forth with the office multiple times and only received a 10% discount on the 10x price. This is very concerning business practice. The job would have never been accepted if quoted price were correct. Very poor communication and customer service.

What more can I say! Top Notch service at every turn. Complete system purchase and install. They were quick, polite and extremely professional. They beat their competitors pricing by 2x. I would recommend them at 10/10. Eric, Cole & Gerald thank you so much for everything you did. You guys have a customer for life.

Timely response. Tech was sharp. Brisk assessment of the problem. Immediately hopped into crawl space after isolating potential problem. Confirmed it and repaired. Efficient and effective. Will be signing up for annual contract.
