We trust these guys with the service of our system every year. They are AMAZING! This year Derick came out. He not only serviced our system but head off a coming problem. He was fast, professional and courteous. While I haven't tried other companies here in Bend to compare them to, but we are very happy with the price and quality of work. Highly Recommend!

Repaired our AC an hour after we scheduled. Very professional and friendly. Another company was sales based on new unit and couldn't diagnose problem.. cascade diagnosed and solved in just a short time after arriving at my house. Great work Tim. The representatives on the phone were great too!

I am very happy with the new air conditioner I recently had installed by Cascade Heating. The price was very fair and and Gus was the sales person who had no problem selling me the Trane. Even though they were very busy they made it a priority to get our office furnace back up and running. Great company, we use them all the time for our business. Derick was our technician today and he did a great job.

Tech: Derick came to my home this morning to do a routine inspection on my heating and air conditioning systems. He did a great job and explained things as he performed this routine service. A great guy who was on time and answered all my questions as he inspected my gas furnace and air conditioner. Great person that I would highly recommend.

I hired cascade heating for my new home wlth heat pump and air handler. Installer was great with specific tips. Annual maintenance fine tuning was not rushed until features fully functional.

My heater went out just as we were expected the first snowfall of the season. Called cascade heat and they had someone out within the hour. The repair ended up being the control board and within a short time the heater was up and running again! Very impressed with the very prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service! I've Cascade heating for so many things: Install new gas shop heater, mini split air condition, and annual maintenance. Always a quick response, questions answered, friendly staff and technicians. never less than top quality work. Very good about scheduling.

We had a technician with another company come out and say nothing was wrong with our furnace and he left. Our furnace continued to shut its self off for the following six months until finally the electrical board threw a code telling me to replace it. So not wanting to deal with the hassle of waiting for online shipping I called up cascade heating as a listed vendor for the part I needed and they had it and I was able to buy it and replace the parts the same day the issue occurred.

We did not use cascade for the repair or install of parts so I can't attest to their scheduling or technicians.

I called one other local vendor who was selling the same part for $30 more making it a total $60 mark up above retail price so I'm glad I bought with cascade heating and got the furnace fixed without drastically overpaying.
