Highly recommend this shop. Got a new heat pump and furnace installed. Everything from the bid to installation was amazing.

used to work for this company years ago I don’t know if Lisa still works in the office as dispatcher but I can tell you I’ve been around the block still running service years and years later and nobody did a better job than Lisa and Darrell for that matter. Great people trust worthy. I am working now in Florida and dispatch is a disaster I long for the good old days. If they haven’t given her a ton of money she needs a raise big-time. Over the summer Cole and his team replaced our A/C and furnace. Smooth and professional. Then as the weather cooled and we turned on the furnace it behaved a bit oddly. This is where they really impressed me. They were super responsive, immediate helpful, and polite and kind at every turn. Highly recommended.

Tech was unable to get to my until due to my closet being full, but they came out again no charge after I cleared the space. Great company.

We had a positive interaction with Cascade Heating through another business and they were able to come out faster than other companies so we decided to go with them. We primarily worked with Cole and James throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and kind. The AC we had installed is working great. There were a few hiccups along the way but James was extremely professional in getting everything sorted out and taken care of. Anything can go wrong during a big project like this and we are glad it happened under their care because they handled it well and took great care of us. Everyone was very up front about costs, timing and any extra work needed, which is hard to find these days. Thanks to everyone at Cascade Heating for helping us out!
