    Great desk staff that schedule your maintenance. I missed a year or two of annual maintenance, but they still honored my previous contract at a lower price than present. Great guy that came out to the house, kind and respectful, and explained what he tested and what it meant as well as how to keep my system running well. Thanks Tri County!

    Costco referal. My experience was very positive. I wanted a quote on replacing a working 37 year old furnace. Everyone I spoke with from the office staff to the representative providing the bid was professional and prompt in returning calls and answering questions. Their bid was where I expected. The other bid I received from a local competitor was shockingly 250% higher. Installation was about 3 weeks out after signing contracts. The installer was on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. No complaints and no disappointments. A business with integrity.

    I had them come look at our furnace for an estimate on replacing it. They were a Costco referral. They came and looked and never got back to us. I could tell when he was there that he wasn't that interested in doing it, but he said he would get back to me and never did.

    Unhappy with service. After our heater was quickly looked at and for a few pictures that were blurry my father and husband had to go up into attick multiple times take those same pictures and do the same job and we still had to pay for an overpriced no answere back nothing our second company was much better we will never use Tri County again. The worst was how quick they wanted us to pay soon after with no feedback from the service guy except a big bill.

    Tricounty came out and installed a Lennox system in our home. We went with them because they were the cheapest and had the Costco deal- but would NEVER go with them again. Please consider any other option, itll be worth a little extra cash, trust me. They canceled the initial date 4 hours AFTER they were supposed to arrive. When they came out the second time, they installed the system way off center on the wall and never asked us a thing about where we wanted it to be placed. We were both working and couldnt keep an eye on things. When we asked them to move it, the installer became very unprofessional and spent some time yelling and cursing in our backyard. Throughout all of this- whenever we tried to get in touch with the owner, Brad, he would not provide a phone number or call us back. The only time I could get him on the phone was when it was time for them to collect their money. This was by far the worst contractor experience I’ve ever had out of many. Do NOT go with this company.

    We had our heat pump installed by Tri County. In deciding which system would be best for our needs they provided options along with an estimate and description of the benefits of each, as well as answering questions that we had. They did a great job with the installation, although we went through a couple of thermostats until we got the model that worked best. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a heating or cooling system.

    Great people and great prices. I did lots of research and got all the bids, overall I am super happy with my decision to go with Tri County. The tech even made a special trip back to talk to me about my new unit and answer the many questions I had. The girls in the office were great to work with and made everything run smooth. I went through Costco and Tri County represented Costco very well. Highly Recommend!

    The only thing I would change is the electricians placement of the electrical conduit, I would of preferred it to go towards the bottom of the wall so it is not as noticeable. It is just a learning experience.

    In June 2016 we purchased an AC system from Tri County Climate Control. We have had problems with it since it was installed. That same summer our guests reported it was not working, and the coil was froze up. We requested service and asked to be contacted when the service was completed. They came out, but we didn't know what service they performed. They failed to respond to repeated emails and phone calls to tell us what they did. Finally, they told us it was our fault, and due to a dirty air filter. We had asked when the AC was originally installed if cleaning the furnace would be included, and were assured it would be. The filter was replaced. My husband posted an unflattering review, and the owner called him the next day, very angry, and told him to only contact him through their administrative email. My husband chose to take down the review, as it was still under warranty and we wanted to feel confident that they would fix any issues. Since the AC is only used a few months in the summer, we expected it would work this year. Again, the same issue happened this July 2017, and the coil was froze up, and we did not contact them this time as we assumed it was no longer under warranty, and they didn't fix the same problem last year, so we had no confidence they would fix it this year. $1596.00 later the repairs have all been made by another company, all due to bad installation. The coil was again froze up. There was a kinked line, and they used duct tape to cover a hole that should have had metal work. The refrigerant line had to be repaired. I called them to tell them about these bills, and they said it was still under warranty and I should have called them, so they are not responsible. The receptionist hung up on me. After last year's call to repair the same issue, we had no confidence they would find the problem and fix it correctly, so we felt we had no other choice but to get another company to repair it as it needed to be fixed.
