    Save your time and money, if I could rate them less than 1 star I would!
    This company is the most unorganized company EVER! We started this process in August 2020, here we are almost May 2021 and we are STILL dealing with this company. We had our consultation and estimate in August and everything was great. We paid our deposit and scheduled installation for 6 weeks later. My husband and I packed up our newborn and headed to the coast the day prior to the installation so we would not be in the way during the process. They had access to our house and everything they would need while we were gone. Well, as we were on our way to the coast they called and cancelled installation because they didn’t schedule anyone to cut the concrete in our garage. Please remember they had 6 WEEKS to get this scheduled. We finished our stay at the coast and came home. Two weeks later, they came to try installation again, and off we went to ANOTHER hotel with our newborn (we have now spent about $1500 in just hotel stays). When the installers came, they realized that the lady, Peggy, that did our estimate told the installers to route our HVAC system in an impossible way... because of this, they spent half a day of "installation" deciding the best way to route. They were supposed to be done the third day at noon. My husband and I got there at about 12:30 and they were still working... no call to tell us they were behind, nothing. When they finally finished, they left a MESS!!!!! Insulation, cardboard, wood, plastic, screws, etc. everywhere... inside and outside, we spent the next 2 hours cleaning up after them. Fast forward to April 2021, we got a letter from the county saying this company never even pulled a permit to complete our HVAC system and that because there was no permit, it was never inspected.... now almost May we are still dealing with this LYING company. They are telling us they pulled the permit and everything is good, but the county is saying the complete opposite. The county finally had to call them and get to the bottom of their lies. This company does not deserve to have a license anymore. They risked my families, and I am sure may other families, life because of their negligence. Anyways, like I said, save your time and money this company is terrible!!!

    I contacted Tri County (via Costco) to get a 2nd estimate after our A/C developed a leak and the first company told us we needed to replace the outside unit. The first company also said we'd need a new coil since it was not compatible with the new freon. When Tri-county arrived, they determined that the indoor coil was indeed compatible, and they offered me the option of flushing it and re-using it if I wanted to save $740 for a new one. They also gave me two options for systems (first company only gave me one). The owner, Brad, personally came to give the estimate and was very responsive and professional. The installer was on-time, and very nice. The office staff was also very responsive to my calls and emails. I will use them for seasonal service from now on. Highly recommend Tri-County!

    Would I recommend using Tri county climate.
    NO no and no way would I recommend using Tri county climate. Brad Sanchez owner gave false misleading information. The current Politically correct term to use is misinformation. On multiple times Brad, if you will, lied about a discount offered then lied to try to cover up his original lie.
    Their internal communication is worse then poor. Nobody in the company communicates to each other. This comes from his employees. The only time Tri country climate reached out to me without me contacting them first was a rather nasty text about, “we need to get this payment settled” straight from Brad Sanchez the owner.
    I am only seeking the discount promised to me. If I don’t receive the discount offered I will be seeking a full refund and have the equipment removed and spend my money some place else. This maybe a hard hill to climb but small claims court is there to help. This entire transaction has been nothing short of a nightmare. The worse part is being lied to by the owner of the company.

    The first appointment we had scheduled, which my husband took the day off for, no one showed up. It took them 3 days to call us back to reschedule. They told us our fireplace fan was broken and set up an appointment to fix it in a couple weeks. My husband again took part of that day off to wait for the repair man and AGAIN they didn't show up. Really unprofessional.

    I have used them in the past and had good service but when I needed an AC fixed in our rental house they would not answer their phone and would not return the messages I left with their answering service when I called to find out about a part they had to order to fix the AC . When I went to their office/store the owner threatened to have me arrested for trespassing. He is a hot head with lousy customer service. All I wanted was for him to communicate with me as to what was going on.

    Zero stars are not an option, unfortunately. Not conscientious about the work and service they provide. This company via my building contractor, installed my furnace & air conditioner. It’s cost me many hundreds of dollars to remedy and repair their shoddy workmanship.

    The people at Tri-County are very nice and have done all that we agreed to in our contract. The technicians that installed the system were very good, on schedule and answered questions that we had. Based on our experiences so far we would recommend Tri-County.

    AMAZING!!!! I called needing a new furnace as mine went out and it was 45 degrees in my home. They sent a tech out, he was at my house in 15min. They ordered a new furnace and had it delivered the next day. They put a rush on it for us as we had no heat. Phil came out and did the install. He is a great guy with good conversations. The new furnace looks and works amazing. Thank you so much for all that you guys did for our family!

    Chris was my Technician for the 2nd year in a row great guy and truly knows his job and does it well.
    Office staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to always help assist.
    Peggy has been there at every turn and has fantastic Customer Service.
    Great Company, Great Service and will be calling them again for our new home in 2021.
