Tri County Climate

We had a difficult problem with Daikon heat/AC units. It took a few visits, but Tri-County kept after it and got us working again. Happy with the fix. Continuing service from Tri-County has been quick and nicely done.

Tri County Climate has serviced my heating and cooling system for the past six years. Their employees are well-informed, courteous and respectful of my home and ON time. Bonus!
They are reasonably with pricing too!!

Took them 17 trips to install my Lennox xp20. It was improperly wired and shorted out. The system settings were not correct and my system was operating at 60% efficiency. Horrible customer service. I have had several night with no heat. The worst service I have ever received

They are unprofessional they send out people who can't even work on hvac's. I wouldn't even recommend them to someone I don't even like they are that bad. They were called out to work on a mini split and broke the mounting bracket on it and screwed through the side just to keep it in place because they broke the bracket. A few days later tried the a/c again and the drain tube wasn't hooked up at all and it drained down the inside of the house. They came back out and didn't admit fault which was their fault. They sent the same guy back which if he didn't know what he was doing the first time do you really think he will know anymore the second time. They have come back out on multiple occasions and it's still broken but now we need a new one because it's beyond repair do you think they are going to replace it? No they won't even apologize for what was done. Don't waste your money on this company you can do better.

Having used Tri County Heating in Portland, we called Tri County Climate Control for our Bend home. We had them install a heat pump to the existing system. The artisans doing the work were neat and clean, pleasent to be around, and did a very professional job. Tri County is a full service firm, and one we highly recommend.

I had initially had a poor experience with this Tri County. Over the course of several phone calls, I finally got in touch with the owner, and he couldn't have been better about resolving the situation. I learned that he clearly takes pride in his customers and his business. after all is said and done, I would recommend Tri County, and do business with them again

I had a very short time line to get my hot water heater replaced and I worked with Peggy and we were able to get this installed in the short window I had. They are very easy to work with and they have fair prices. Thank you!!

Excellent service! My heater went out on a freezing Sunday morning when I had a house sitter. The owner took the time to come out on his own time and got everything fixed in a hurry. Such a huge relief and so appreciated!

Called Tri County Climate when our furnace gave up and they were able to have a service rep on site the next morning, fixed the heater by lunch! Excellent service, I highly recommend!!
