I had Brad the owner out to my house for a new furnace and Air conditioner bid in December. He showed up on time (the only one out of 3 contractors on time) and gave me the price on the spot. The price was in the middle of the 3 but felt comfortable with Brad and went with him. The job was done in 1 day and went smooth. The installers were careful and respected our home. The new furnace heats our home more even and comfortable. We have not tried the air conditioner yet but we are looking forward to it too.

I have worked with Tri County Climate for over 15 years. As a high end custom home builder I demand reasonable prices for the highest quality products, installation, and service. Brad, his office staff, and field tech's continue to provide a level of product knowledge, installation, and customer service that keeps my clients happy year after year.

Chris came out and did a thorough inspection and check on my Lennox mini-split heat pump. It was the first year check, so it was good to get that inspection done right, and make sure the installation was performing as expected..

Was in the market for a new gas fireplace. Went there to get a quote and set up an appointment for a tech to come out and assess the job. I went with their availability to schedule a time having to take work off to meet at the house. No call no show. Later that day I was told they would make the availability and call the next morning, again nothing. Either their business is booming and they don’t need the jobs from the little people or they are just unresponsive to customers. Not sure either way found a way friendly responsive answer.

From quote to completion, Tri County Climate went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Straightforward pricing, concise communication throughout the process, they even filed the paperwork for tax rebates for us. The installation tech was fast, efficient, friendly and considerate as he went between backyard, garage and inside house during install. The icing on the cake was when he heard me remark that I was out of coffee, and proceeded to get his own coffee thermos from his truck (!) to pour me a cup. And the ductless Mitsubishi unit we went with works like a dream! It is rare these days to find a company in any industry that takes care of their customers like these guys do.

Brad and team where great! We had our AC fail in the dead of summer and he was able to get us back up and running that same day. They also didn't over sell, we just needed an $8 part to fix it. The other HVAC company told us we needed two new units and for a 4000sqft home that was over $12k in cost. I had no clue what to do and his team was honest and helpful. I trust them 100% and recommend them to anyone out there.

Don't waste your time on this company. Their customer service is very poor. The owner is rude and does not admit their mistakes. I was told to purchase the wrong size of the hearth and the installer did not even discuss the option of using the legs vs pedestal for our wood stove. He found the box after he installed everything and said "Oops, I guess there is another option to this". I raised the issue to the owner and was blamed for trying to save money and told that it is my fault for not purchasing through them. But to let you know when I asked the owner if he could purchase the hearth for us, he said he would rather not deal with it. Also their office assistant does not even know what "hearth" means and she had trouble with scheduling us. The email I received from the owner about paying them ASAP 2 days later after install was kind of funny, because the installer did not even have an invoice for me or any paperwork on hand.

So long story short.... If you are willing to spend good chunk of money on installing a wood stove, go with someone else.

Tri County has been doing my Heating and cooling work for several years now. I have found Brad and his team to be professional, prompt and always responsive to my needs. As a general Contractor it’s important to keep the job rolling and the budget in line and Tri County is always helpful in that regard.

A wonderful, reliable company that has excellent customer service. They have installed both the Central AC unit and a way to create zones so we have more uniform temperature control from upstairs. they are conscientious and reasonably priced. I recommend them.

I met with Gary in my home to discuss adding A/C on a Wed morning. I received the bid that afternoon and finding it very reasonable I called and said I accepted and when could be install. They had a slot the following Monday and even with the paperwork of getting a permit from the Sunriver Homeowner's Association, my A/C was install that Monday, five days after the initial meeting. The workmen were very efficient, professional, and answered any question. In four hours I had a central air system using my existing ductwork and furnace. The system is exactly what was needed for this size house and works wonderfully. I retired from running a property management company for 25 + years and have a long background in working with contractors. This company has my highest regard and I would recommend them to anyone.
