Einstein Pros Plumbing Heating Cooling

I have used Einstein’s 3 times and would recommend them to everyone. Ethan and his partner were very professional, courteous and even called me to make sure everything was working and circuit breaker had been turned on. When pipe under sick broke they dispatched someone immediately (Charlie or Dave).
This is the only plumbing company in my contact list.

As a home owner I try to learn and make home improvements myself. Some things are just not worth it. Ethan came out to fix a broken pipe in my crawl space and finished my kitchen sink install. Great guy and an outstanding plumber!! I would recommend him to anyone and will ask for him in future plumbing needs! Thanks again Ethan!! 👍

We had a nasty problem - a sewage leak. Einstein showed up promptly, quickly determined where the leak was coming from and went to work. It was a difficult job, requiring considerable digging and some replacement parts, but they stayed at it until it was done. We especially want to thank Kenney for his diligence. We would certainly recommend Einstein and, if we ever have another plumbing emergency, they will be our first call.

Contacted Einstein and spoke with Travis. He came out to our home a few days later and we discussed a number of projects including replacing galvanized plumbing, relocating gas lines, and furnace vs mini-splits options for heating/AC. Travis was very knowledgable and provided a number of different options to best address our needs while working within our budget. He followed up as promised, showed up on time, answered additional questions and was very professional throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to work with them again on future projects. -- Jay F

The field manager showed up within an hour of my early morning call. By noon we had hot water! Through the hot water heater installation, the techs were polite and efficient. Also, the cost was a couple hundred dollars below their competitor. I'm glad I called Einstein, and absolutely will again.

The 2 young men that came to our home were professional and courteous (2 things lacking in todays youth). They were neat and clean and answered all of my inane questions without any sign of being bothered by them. Their professionalism has made me an Einstein Plumbing customer for life

The water pump in our home needed to be replaced and I called Einstein Plumbing and talked with Travis. Travis was very helpful and sent Thomas, one of their technicians out the same day! Thomas was personable, professional and highly competent This was the second project for which we've used Einstein Plumbing here in Bend, Oregon and have been very pleased both times. On the earlier project, our technician was Justin and he did a tremendous job at fixing a blown pressure relief valve. Thank you Thomas and Justin!

We had a leak in the laundry room faucet. We went to Home Depot to buy a new faucet and install myself but the person at HD said the faucet and setup was so old that they could not match it. I called Einstein and the came out immediately. The young man was courteous, prompt and professional. He looked at the faucet and setup, showed me a faucet that fit it, and explained the procedure and cost. He completed the job within an hour. Einstein has helped numerous times in the past and I have always been very pleased with their work and plumbers. I believe that their charges are in line with other plumbers and plumbing companies in the area.
