Einstein Pros Plumbing Heating Cooling

We had our kitchen sink faucet go out over a weekend, so we called Einstein Plumbing on Sunday late in the day. By the next afternoon, we were back on line. Both Travis the manager and Justin, the service manager were polite, prompt and efficient. A great experience.

We had Einstein install a HVAC AC/Heating ductless system in our home. Travis was very professional and thorough on determining what our current needs were and possible future needs as well. The guys were very professional during the install. Answered all my questions & I had a lot since the ductless system is new to us. It was a awesome experience and I highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our hot water floor heat system. The technician (Thomas) showed up on time, was very professional and got the job done. While there, we also asked him about some other plumbing issues we had and he took the time to listen and look at the issues and get back with an email quote.

One very nice thing about Einstein is that they email you just before the appointment with the technician's name and photo so you can be assured the person at your door is the one you are expecting.

I have had Einstein Plumbing respond to several plumbing needs over the years--garbage disposal, refrigerator ice machine, and seriously clogged bathtub. They are always on time, very clean and professional, and able to fix each problem. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Arrived home to no water. Had a frozen water line. Contacted several plumbers but everyone was booked until the following week. Then I contacted Dan at Einstein --- they were also all booked up until next week but he stopped by to check the problem and was able to get water flowing again. If you're familiar with plumbers and plumbing costs you'll know that things can vary a lot. I own multiple rental properties so i've had lots of plumbing work done. We just relocated to Bend and I was given a few recommendations, one of them was Einstein's. They have great support, were easy to get in touch with and schedule, and are very technology savy. That's why they get 2 stars. The negatives started with when I called to schedule an apt and ask about the work i needed done. I asked what it would cost to change 2 angle stops and they couldn't quote me a price and the plumber would need to come out for a $33 service call. When the plumber got out he disclosed their service pricing model (bronze, platinum, silver, gold, etc). Basically they bin your work into one of 4 or 5 buckets. The minimum cost is $221 and you also have the $33 service charge. So if you need basic plumbing (think snake a sink) the cost will be $250 which is NUTS. Look elsewhere for plumbers

woke up to find water heater flooding the garage floor. We called many plumbing companies everyone was a week or more out before they would help us ...Einstein Plumbing came right out and replaced our water heater squeezing us in as emergancy call. They did a great job, price was very resonable, will use them again over anyone else they were awesome!!!!

Had several issues with plumbing at the older house we purchased and went thru the warranty process to fix them.....Einstein was dispatched and fixed all the problems with bath leaks to kitchen faucet leaks and other issues as they replaced many of the older faucets...they did a great job, arrived when they were supposed to and did not leave until all the work was done....(around 6pm). Even though it was getting late the teck did not hurry and went out of his way to make sure no leaks were present. I would use them again...and probably will as its an old house.

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service from Eric, Travis, and Frank. My step mother in Sisters, OR hot water heater started leaking on Thursday afternoon at around 3:00. Not an easy thing to deal with, as I live in Medford, OR (3.5 hours away).
I called Einstein Plumbing based upon a recommendation from Ferguson Plumbing Store (Redmond OR). I spoke with Travis and then followed up with Eric and Frank arrived at the house around 4:45 and determined that water heater needed to be replaced. Frank got started immediately on the removal and replacement and had the project completed by 7:00 PM. Both Frank and Eric kept me informed about what was happening and when the project was completed.
