Anthony came out last week to fix my heater... it stayed fixed for less than a day. Since I'd already paid my bill I called. My messages went unreturned for 2 days, actually got them to pick up the phone after a couple of days. Scheduled an appointment.. they no showed, no call, and are not returning calls. I've been 100% polite and as I said paid them within 10 minutes of getting their bill and now I'm having to contest their charges with my card company and find a new company. I would avoid this company if you want work done, communication, or someone that understands HVAC.

Ryan was tremendous in his service in replacing my hot water tank. Hauled everything off and had the job completed a few hours. Highly recommend.

I had Einstein Pros remove an old water softener at our house and replace it with a bypass loop. Simple job that they did quickly and at a fair price.

Let me start by saying Clinton was very nice and personable. I do have a problem with the service. Clinton started off the visit by asking how old our water heater was. We didn’t know as new home owners. His first suggestion was to replace the water heater. We can’t afford a new one at the moment and our only problem is air keeps getting in the water heater. The water is plenty hot. So, we flushed the water heater, since I didn’t know how, until the water went from a coffee color to clear. After that, he charges us the diagnostic fee and went on his way.

This morning, the problem still persists. We really don’t want to pay for another diagnostic fee, but we still want our water heater fixed. This never happened prior to our new well being hooked up. So, something has to be wrong with the heater or well install. And it only happens with the hot water.

Ryan from Einstein Plumbing was very professional as he assessed our water heater problem and gave us the best possible solution. He took care of it in one day! I especially appreciated Ryan's constant communication as we are landlords and do not live in Bend. Thank you Ryan and Einstein. We will definitely use your services again.

Renny is an amazing plumber who navigated all the county regulation and installed all our equipment and drain lines like an absolute PRO. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Jake is a very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant worker. He was also very patient to answer all my questions since I'm a novice. He was very efficient and careful to check everything out and thus found a extra leak that the manager of the park has to fix. He was willing to wait till he arrived and spent time explaining it to him. He also was willing to wait to explain everything to my warranty person who took his time calling back. Thank you for sending me such a wonderful plumber! I am very impressed with your company since this was my second call and I have also excellent experience with those in your office when I walked in. I also had Jason and ? out to do the HVAC maintenance. They had a struggle since my heater wiring had been done wrong previously. They did not complain and patiently fixed it all for the same price. I was very glad I chose this company.

Dan has performed work for us several times.
