Kenny and Steven were super professional and dealt with the warranty company for us. They did an amazing job and described all the issues we were having to a T with the warranty company. These guys are top notch!!

Travis installed a Noritz Tankless water heater for us and it's been about 6 months. The install involved removing a tank water heater and installing this Noritz Tankless. The water heater is working great and the install went smooth. One guy had to come back a couple of times to adjust leaking pipes as they were not tight enough, but after that we never saw a leak again. The Noritz water heater came with the average 8-10 year heat exchanger warranty in the box, although Noritz and Einstein market that the heater comes with a 25 year warranty. We registered our heater with Noritz to ensure the 25 year warranty, but have yet to receive any 25 year warranty in writing or even printed on paper. Travis tried to remedy this by placing the 25 year warranty in writing on the Einstein invoice documentation and told us he would contact Noritz to obtain an actual 25 year warranty from Noritz themselves. After 6 months of weekly calls to Einstein without any calls from Einstein to update us and no warranty in writing, we were informed we would have to contact Noritz ourselves to obtain the warranty despite Einstein installing the unit and selling us on this 25 year promise. The only thing we are able to obtain from Noritz is their website verbiage that states the 25 year warranty and Noritz refuses to send anything in writing or print to confirm that our unit is covered other than being able to call and verify that it is covered via serial number. Two decades from now, Noritz can easily change their website to reflect a different warranty and pretend their 25 year warranty never existed because a customer cannnot obtain it in writing or print. Einstein sold us on this Nortiz tankless with ample amounts of confidence that they can obtain this 25 year warranty in writing or print easily. Their confidence in obtaining the warranty in writing and print was our reason for going forward with the install by Einstein plumbing only for them to drop the matter 6 months and leave it to their customer to obtain it. As of this time we are still unable to receive our 25 year warranty from Noritz or Einstein.

Dakota was knowledgeable and quick to diagnose leak that only leaked around faucet base when water splashed on base. I would like to use him in the future.

This company was a joy to work with. They were on time, explained procedure, cost, and maintence, before work began. Each tech wore clean professional uniforms, was friendly and patient with us seniors. The work was finished in a timely order, and the slight mess created by installitation was cleaned up and removed. Additionally, and a surprise to us was the whole house post inspection. The Tech, Frank, inspected other areas that may have been affected by installation, and actually inspected under the house!
I would give this highly professional company the highest rating possible.
