Einstein Pros Plumbing Heating Cooling

We got our mini-split system installed today. I was so impressed with the entire process. Joe came to take a look at our home and give us an estimate - super helpful, friendly and realistic. Then our system was installed 2 weeks later in 106 degree temps - they had it up and running in 7 hours. Professional, timely and kept the are really clean. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I'd like to start off with, always read the bad reviews first. Also, look at the amount of reviews positive reviewers have posted. Just an FYI.

With that said, I would highly suggest using another plumbing company if you're thinking of this one. A tech was sent out for a plumbing leak via my home warranty company, and his actions or lack thereof, cost me close to $600.00 in out of pocket plumbing fees. Before even investigating he already had it set in his mind it was the wax ring under the toilet. It was not. He then tried to investigate my heating ducts and asked me to turn on the HVAC system. I had to explain to him he was here for plumbing and the HVAC had nothing to do with that. He said he would look under the house and immediately came back and said it smells there needs to be a restore crew out first. He then called the home warranty company, and left. Did not attempt to find the leak, which, btw the plumber who did the actual work noted, "if he'd turned his head and looked he would have seen the issue right in front of him". He also, did not turn the water off, or attempt to turn the water off. So, he left like a bat out of hell with my leak unresolved because under my house smelled and obviously to him that meant cooties. Lord have mercy.

My plumber was in and out in under two hours and that was with leaving to get parts. Also he was in jeans and a tshirt and the only thing dirty when he was done was his hands. From doing his JOB!

The home warranty company refused to cover the cost and take responsibility because of the actions of the technician. I called Einstein Pros Plumbing to complain but of course, nothing was done.

Teachable moment for the tech that cost me out of pocket money. Teachable moment for me, you can't rely on businesses to truly do what they say they can.

No call no show on scheduled appointment. Called (got voice mail) and e mailed about missed appointment. No response.

Fantastic people and Company! Joe was very knowledgeable and honest and the guys who took out the very old oil furnace and replaced the new unit were fast, polite and professional. Joe even followed up 2 weeks later to check on us.

June 2021 Chris showed up with a "temp" and neither of them appeared prepared. I went out to Ferguson twice to get parts they didn't have !! Chris was blaming his company for not having what he needed for the job. Mind you HE, Chris BID the job !!! When I came back the first time, Chris is furious because he mounted the toilet before the soft closing seat. Blaming the manufacturer for his mistake. I have taken this long to write this review because I am having the job redone. I found out today the gap at the bottom of the walk in shower panel was not mounted properly, REALLY !

Clinton did a great job replacing my water heater. He was prompt, courteous, and everything went smoothly. It was an extremely hot day, and he still got everything done in a timely matter.

We had a water leak from an old valve in our crawl space and Kenney came out to fix it. He did an excellent job explaining the different ways it could be fixed along with the cost/benefits of each way. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The leak was also fixed in a timely manner. He also noticed some other things that may need attention to be fixed in the future, was pro-active in telling me, but never pushed me into having the work done now. Excellent service yet again. Thank you.

We were replacing our old electric stove for a gas one and needed the gas line extended into our kitchen. They were very easy to get in touch with, and schedule someone to come out, and were upfront about their $35 service charge for assessment (Everyone I called has a service fee so this was not unexpected at all).
Frank came out the next day, checked everything out, and gave me a quote on the spot. He then said they could do the work right away if need be, which is above and beyond any contract work I have ever had.
They were quick and timely with getting the line installed, and they charged me the exact quote amount, so there were no hidden fees, and were very upfront about their prices.
After our new stove arrived, it turned out the gas line wasn't installed far enough back for our new stove to push up against the wall (it's a double oven and has almost no cavity to push the gas line into), and they came and moved the gas line into the wall cavity for us for free.
While their prices might be a little higher than other plumbers in the area, it was only by a minor amount, and you definitely get what you pay for.

We had a great experience with Einstein Pros Plumbing. They were prompt and fair. Liam is awesome, has good communication, and did quality work, so I definitely recommend using them.

Quick and efficient. The job was completed in a timely manner. Ryan was courteous and answered all my questions.

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Installed gas water heater and diagnosed a problem with a mixing valve in a shower right away. Ryan and Dakota made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly and explained the process along the way!
