This review is WAY overdue! Einstein installed the AC unit at my house and a mini-split at my office and did a great job from start to finish on each project! Not only were Jason and Jeff timely, courteous and professional, but they made themselves available for all of my follow up questions and support needs.

I recently had an unexpected & urgent issue with my AC and contacted Einstein for help, Travis was immediately responsive and helpful, taking care of the issue even though the warranty period was up.

As a home and business owner, I have dealt with many contractors of all types and have found Einstein to be the best of the best in every way. It is for that reason that I have referred my friends and neighbors to them and will continue to do so. You can go wrong with Einstein! Thanks guys!!!

I hired Einstein Plumbing to help with my bathroom remodel and run hvac in the kitchen - their whole staff was friendly, accommodating, professional and communicative. Travis went above and beyond to make sure our project was done well and in a timely fashion - which couldn't be more important when working with just one bathroom in the house. They do great work and were such a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend them more ~

The entire process with this company was excellent. Plumbers are busy in Central Oregon and when a cancellation happened, I was called and was able to get an appointment time much earlier than originally scheduled. Chris was very helpful as a technician. Thank you!

Anthony was great! Came out the same day (and stopped by more then once) to help with my A/C unit. Super professional and very helpful in making sure that we got our A/C back up and running as quickly as possible! Will for sure be recommending them to others!

Ripped me off for small work. I would never hire them for anything minor EVER!

I had Einstein Plumbing out to do a minor repair to my home that I was selling. The dispatcher was friendly enough and offered a $33 service fee for coming out plus the cost of parts and labor. A few days before the appointment, I received a phone call informing me that they would need to reschedule because their plumber was injured. I rescheduled for a later day. The day of the new appointment, the plumber came out and caulked the toiled to the floor, adjusted a toilet bolt and tightened a valve for 20 minutes... then they charged me $234 for the work!!!

When I politely called their office to let them know I was disappointed with the excessive cost, I was told that "Frank is there best plumber, and they charge more for quality work." I am soooo glad I paid someone $600/hour to caulk a toilet and tighten a bolt. Thank heavens it has a quality guarantee.

I'll admit that a handyman could have handled my job, but with that in mind I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone who has a SMALL JOB. They wasted my time with the reschedule and then ripped me off and were unapologetic about it on the phone. It shouldn't be hard to do better than that....

We recently started using Einstein plumber as one of our plumbers. I have great things to say. They are quick to get to jobs, super friendly, priced comparatively, and great communicating back with me on all issues that may need approval or further attention. Keep up the good work! We look forward to working more with you in the near future.

I recently hired a plumber and an HVAC tech from Einstein’s and received excellent service from this company. They were prompt, professional and there were no “hidden fees”. They told me ahead of time what the cost would be and they were thorough and made sure everything was done to my specifications before they left. I would not hesitate recommending this company and their great technicians to anyone needing these services.

I've had the opportunity to have Dan and his team work for me on multiple projects. His work has been excellent and quick. It's not often that I get such great and friendly service, but with Einstein Plumbing it can be expected. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your next project - large or small.

Elias and Wyatt were real gems. I called to get my old water heater serviced and to figure out a few things about its history. Elias was chock full of information and Wyatt had a keen eye for details. Both were very thorough and quite tolerant of my and my husband's many questions. Great service!
