Our latest, Mark, has been in the business 27 years & owned his own company at one time. ACS hires smart people! Caleb came for our service check today & he was excellent. We had an appointment on Wednesday, it turns out the phone number on our account was the wrong number so they were unable to make contact and unfortunately our appointment was canceled. Once we called and discussed the misunderstanding Air Comfort Soultions sent Donny out after hours! We were shocked and very happy they were able to send someome out even though it was late! A HUGE Thank you to Donny @ Air Comfort Soultions for that!

Now to brag on Donny, he was incredibly detailed in his work, ensuring nothing was missed. Donny was also very friendly and patient with our questions. Even though he had to come back out after hours due to the phone number error which surely was a very long day for him, it was just like a normal call for him. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect and when it wasn't he went back to got it perfect! We are so grateful for him and the pride he takes in his work, he is definitely a huge asset to Air Comfort Soultions and we've never slept better than we did after he got our home cool again!

We had our A/C and heating replaced four years ago, was having trouble with the A/C cooling. So thankful for the assistance and professionalism of your tech Stephen (Huggy). He is definitely an asset to your team.

Jacob did a fantastic job replacing the leaking faucet that was installed on Friday. He also put a more stable faucet for me!!!! Thank you Jacob!!

Good informed report on procedures taken after Chris finished...good explanation fair & good enough. AC tune-up works for now as it is old. Here on out let die, and good hopes to finance 4 a new one (furnace) heat & air when possible. Not now, okay...Chris seemed very informative & good pro. Good tech, only hiccup was not much difference, and happens even to the best, in everything ( business, sports,etc). I still passing the baton, and recommend this company ACS.

Did a great job. Troubleshot the issue in short order. Quickly repaired a drain connection issue, vacuumed out the condensation tray and had the running in an hour. No parts required! Friendly and informative! So much so I signed up for the bi-annual maintenance program.
