They came out and checked our AC and showed me the issue and got it taken care of in a short time and I was very pleased with their service!

I paid for my service immediately after service was completed with a credit card. I realized after I paid that I forgot to use a $50 off coupon. I asked if I could use it and was told no it was too late. Very disappointing that they don’t go extra mile for their customers. I will have to think twice in the future if I want to use a company that doesn’t want to try a little harder to help their customers.

Travis P. was great at troubleshooting my system’s problem and getting things working again; he was very personable and educated me as he worked through the problems.

My unit was installed by Master Service prior to acquisition by ACS, and ACS has been honoring my warranty. ACS has always quickly made necessary repairs (although sometimes charging a service fee with warranty repairs and sometimes not?). This time a failed component also back-fed 24 volts into my thermostat and melted it. Although they didn’t replace the expensive smart thermostat that I had, they did at least provide their basic thermostat replacement under warranty since the part failure caused the damage.

Stephen was great and very helpful. He let us know our options with the problems he found. After talking with him we decided to have him go ahead replace the part. High recommended Stephen and Air Comfort Solution.

Michael C. Came out for a inspection of my hvac. He found a leak and suggested getting it fixed before refilling. He was very professional, informative and answered all questions I had.
Came back out the next day, found and fixed the leak now all is cool 😎

Stephen and Joseph came and did our annual AC maintenance and inspection as well as duct inspection. They found a couple problems that could be effecting both the performance of our system as well as the health of our family! I am so grateful for their understanding and attention to detail and thorough inspection.

Chris did a very good job. He came in and fixed the problem with the air conditioner very fast. I would recommend his service.
