These guys are awesome !! Got a new heater and air conditioner installed in 4 hours. Very good job and very professional. Put rugs down to keep mud and dirt out of the house and cleaned up very well. Will definitely be using them again for all future work needed. Great company. Great folks working there. Very professional!!

Spencer was very informative and detailed when giving us an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. We appreciated his honesty.

My service tech, Nathan, was very thorough. He even went through what he checked, showing me photos. He was working on my furnace as a check up. He did find a couple of issues. He was careful to go over them with me so that I could understand. By using the photos, which he took, he helped me to understand. I highly recommend him.

Cole and Parker were the technicians working on the project. Both provided great customer service, explained what they were doing and why. The job was finished expertly and timely.

I had Parker and Audi out for a completely different plugged pipe in a different part of the house a few weeks later. Just like the first time, Parker and Audi quickly identified the issue, explained the fix and cost, and resolved quickly.

I have had consistent, great experiences from all the Air Comfort plumbers, and highly recommend!

Spencer was very professional and knowledgeable about his field of work. Found one valve that he recommended changing out due to the type and age. Also suggested operating 1/4 turn valves monthly to exercise them, since this is something you normally don’t think about.

I called Air Comfort Solutions bc our HVAC was not cooling. They came out the same day as a call back since the system was charged not that long ago. The tech Donnie sure knew what he was doing and explained every step of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Come to find out we have a leak in our A coil. Showed me the proof of it. We have an older unit and there was rust on it. Donnie scheduled us an appointment to talk about replacement . Great service,on time, very friendly, respectful and polite.

Spencer was great. He got us up and running and let us know all of our possible options before beginning our repair. We will definitely be using them in the future!

The technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly. However , even tho I’ve been a customer for many many years I will not be using this company in the future. The one time over all these years that I had an after hours emergency, on a Saturday with 20 degree temps and no heat, I got a flat no. We can’t come til Monday. All my services were prepaid and I had to pay for another company to come out.

Parker made sure the kitchen sink drain was clear and flowing. He recommended future services we may benefit from and arranged for a free plumbing evaluation. Aces.
This is not the first time I've left feedback like this for the company. Thanks again!

Brian always exceeds my expectations when it comes to service; he identified the noise from my furnace and ordered the part, which he informed me was under warranty. Brian is an honest and knowledgeable technician. I will continue contacting Air Comfort Solutions for air, heating and plumbing issues.
