Parker was awesome and extremely friendly. Listened to the issues I had. Communicated his plan. And tackled the job. He went above and beyond to help me and I am grateful. Will definitely use this company again if I need help.

Also I want to add I called this morning 9 AM and they were able to come out same day 12:45 and called me when they were on the way. Awesome!

Donnie was wonderful. We have had several services before with Air Comfort Solutions but always different technicians. They were in and out in 20-30 minutes. Donnie took about 2 ½ hours because he was thorough and did everything he was supposed to do, in addition to what previous technicians had not done. I am grateful that he actually did the job we are paying for, and I hope we will be able to have Donnie as our technician from now on.

I called Air comfort for a diagnostic on my plumbing seeing as my water would not get hot and I seen they had a commercial advertising free diagnosing. We had already come to the conclusion it must be the heating element but wanted confirmation. Air comfort came out same day and confirmed it was the heating elements gone bad. They wanted to charge over $700 for "parts and labor" for a $15 part 🤯 my entire water tank cost $550 brand new! Insane! Needless to say, we did NOT use their services. I can't comment on their services seeing as we didn't use them but this post is to warn people to get a second opinion! Do NOT assume their prices are "competitive" or that they're "fair priced" or even "normal" because they are sooooo far from it! Inflation is an under statement when they're wanting a 6,000% profit...

Donnie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Identified and fixed a gas leak in our upstairs unit and put a new fan on order to ensure both our heating and cooling systems stay safe and operational.

Our technician Nick, tried to overcharge us by $90 for a simple capacitor replacement. It was a $30 part that took 10 minutes to install, he said the labor charge was $169, but the part was "covered under warranty". Coupled with the $89 service charge, he tried to charge us a total of $258 even though the "part was covered under warranty". I was at work when our technician arrived, and my wife was dealing with him. When my wife asked why it cost $169 worth of labor for 10 minutes of work, he offered us a "$50 off coupon". My wife called me and explained the situation, so I called the office, and they told me that the price was $169 for everything and that there was no $50 off coupon. This guy was preying on what he thought was a naive woman, and was hoping to pocket a cool $90. He was very unprofessional, and I will not be doing business with this company again. Our A/C system is only 6 years old. Comfort air solutions installed a brand new system in 2017, so the capacitor failure was very premature, and the price to replace it was still insane at $169 for a part that we cross referenced for $30. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company.

Colton was great! He was professional, informative and very helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and we were back to cooling the house. Air Comfort Solutions has always done right by us.

Dakota was friendly and very thorough in completing the work and showing me before and after photos. I am the recent buyer of this property and knew the duct system had not been properly cleaned in many years. Dakota and the trainee who came with him did an excellent job. I continue to be very pleased with services completed by Air Comfort Solutions. Highly recommended.

Great experience Spencer and Parker did a wonderful Job on both of my bathrooms for a really great price. It was an emergency and they came with speed and a great and affordable solution. Now my bathrooms are working like new
