My a/c died on the hottest day of the year. The pets and I were so happy to see Stephen. He was polite and solved the problem incredibly quickly.

Wow, Mark is a great expert in this field. He resolved by A/C problem within minutes of his arrival. He is a top-shelf professional. Thanks for making me feel at ease.

I called because my house wasn’t cooling. I have an old unit, but this is the first time we have had problems. The tech spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking at my equipment and then started his sales pitch for a new unit. It was all doom and gloom to get a $18k system sold. So thankful I called for a second opinion. After 45 minutes of testing, he discovered the issue and addressed it for the same price I paid for a sales pitch.

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! They charge a $89 dollar “diagnostic” fee only to try to sell you on something you don’t need.

Edit. I called today to ask about the charges and the csr lady said she didn't know why the charge was what it is. They don't set the charges. The technician is who determines what to charge. She couldn't explain the charges and why it was 321.33. They aren't very professional in the office either. She thought I was on hold and griped about hurrying to get finished with this call before I changed my review. I'll never use them again and won't recommend them either.
Our washing machine drain was very clogged with Lint. I found a$99 drain cleaning special online. I called them and they said they'd honor that price. Once the plumber was on site he quoted $320. All he did was snake the drain and the vent on the roof. Took about 45 minutes in and out. I feel we were duped since it should never have cost that much especially since I was quoted a lower price.

Tech was very courteous and professional. He was dressed nice and was a good representative of your Co. He was fast and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending him out!

Parker was very professional from the time we spoke on the phone. He told me that he his specialty was clogged pipes (unlock other repair places that send people out who don’t specialize in that area). He took the time to explain everything & discussed all options in the event the issue wasn’t resolved. He didn’t try to up sell me but offered solutions to resolve my issues in the future.

Gary did a great job replacing our leaking, old out dated shower faucet system. Within the last year have used Air comfort solutions for heat and air replacement, hot water heater replacement and now bathtub shower faucet replacement. All updated as well. Have not been disappointed. Excellent work, very professional. Job done right.

I had the pleaser of using Air Comfort Solutions today for a drain cleaning . Parker and Audi did a awesome job. Parker called before he showed up explained what he was going to do and got the job done . It only took them maybe 40 minutes and it was done. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

My old HVAC system was put in back in 1992. I had been using AirCo for the past few years to keep it alive. However, last Friday it gave up for it's final time. Imagine my worry when I checked the outside air temperature and we were climbing up to 90+. I called AirCo at 10am on Friday. Within a few hours Mark Kennedy was out and able to quote me a price on a new system. In true AirCo fashion, a professional. I knew this day was coming so I pulled the trigger and purchased the full replacement HVAC system. To my surprise he said they would be out the next morning and have it in and running in about 5 hours. I was skeptical but come 8am Saturday morning Jeff Mooney and his install team were pulling into my driveway and taking out the new equipment. They had the whole system out, replaced and the new system up and running in less than the quoted time. Not an ounce of debris or mess left behind. The install team was professional and friendly, didn't even know they were there for the most part. Less than 24 hours from our system failing we had a completely new system in and the peace of mind of a 10 year warranty. We have used and will continue to use AirCo because they take care of their customers, you'd almost think you're family. From texting and calling prior to arrival with pictures of the technician, to ongoing maintenance and service after the sale and even a sweet follow up thank you call a few days later to check on us.
