Caleb arrived on time and immediately went to work. After he had completed his maintenance checks he told us our equipment was in good order. He changed filters, explained a feature of our thermostat which we did not know. He was very professional and very pleasant. We would welcome Caleb into our home again

Travis Priester with Air Comfort Solutions came out today to check out my Aunt’s system. He was courteous, informative and thorough and checked out everything. He re-programmed their system and helped them understand how to operate it! We worked on the phone together and he checked out everything! Wonderful service! Truly a 10 out of 10!

I had an AC tuneup and this company is awesome! I initiated the service and from the dealings with the CSR to technician Stephen Huggins--was absolutely amazing. I was kept informed from appointment to arrival & completion of service; was given information re: needed service (but was NOT pressured), great price, professional & the unit was cleaned, which had never been done by other companies!! Stephen covered his shoes since it had been raining & left me with 2 new filters for later use!! And locally owned...it doesn't get any better than that!

Keenan was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision possible. Needed a whole new system so he got that all set up for me. The very next day Rick Stopp and his crew installed a new heating and air system and did it fast. Nice group of guys that did a great Job. This is a great company and will be my go to from now on.

Parker was very professional and explained everything to me step by step. I couldn't asked for a better plumber and a very hard worker. Parker and his assistant did good quality work and I would definitely recommend Air Comfort Solutions. Parker is definitely the employee that makes the company

Contractors at my home moved my condenser unit without informing me and without using professional HVAC assistance. This caused my 10 month old system to shut down after the move as it had kinked the copper line. I called ACS and they sent Travis (my HERO) to diagnose the problem within an hour of my call. He got it up and running as soon as possible with the least amount of downtime as possible. He was honest, respectful, and a TRUE BLUE professional. I cannot recommend ACS and especially my technician Travis enough.

Travis was great. I appreciate him taking care of my needs, instead of taking advantage of someone who knows NOTHING about his industry. He is truly a credit to your company. It would be in your best interest to hang on to him.

We ere very pleased with the
two young men who did our work for us ! Their names were David Smart and Parker Taylor !! I appreciated the picture of who was coming into our home ! They did a good job and put everything they had to move to do the repair back in place !

Parker and his assistant Audie did an awesome job. He explained up front what they were going to do to fix the drain issue and what it would cost. They cleaned the drains and ensured that they were working properly. Excellent work.

Gary was outstanding! He was very thorough in his work. Took the time to double and triple check that the work he’d completed was working correctly. Took the time to educate me on the system he’d installed and general maintenance tips. He answered all the questions I had and was very pleasant to converse with. I would happily have Gary come out to fix any further issue I have!
