Went above and beyond to help late at night when the AC went out at a rental house of mine. They brought a portable air conditioner and were promptly out the next morning to assess. I was provided very detailed and honest feedback along with a very fair replacement quote.

Cale and his wonderful crew did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new HVAC system and all new ductwork. Cale explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. We opted to replace the entire system, along with replacing our old, horribly deteriorated ductwork. They also installed an Air Scrubber, which improves indoor air quality, which is very important to us. Reilly and Jace did a wonderful job installing the system and ductwork, and Billy did some finishing touches, to make sure everything was running at optimal levels. This company truly goes above and beyond to do things the right way, and they want their customers to be completely satisfied. Our sincerest thanks to Cale, Reilly, Jace and Billy for an outstanding job. I recommend this company, without hesitation, for all of your HVAC needs.

Cale was awesome! He came out in short notice, had the part in his truck, diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and had it all installed and fixed within about an hour and a half. And he was very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again if we need them!

Integrity Custom HVAC responded late in the day to troubleshoot a system that was icing up. The technician (Billy), working with the owner (Cale) used their experience to determine the issue, which turned out to be a partially blocked A coil. The system is working great. I will definitely call Integrity Custom HVAC the next time I have an HVAC issue.

I recommend Cale and his company! Our AC went out on Friday night, so we decided to call few HVAC companies on Saturday to see if they were available. Only Cale could come out the same day. He came out and diagnosed our issue. Since our AC was over 20 years old, he recommended getting a new system since it will have same issues again later. He gave us a deal, so we went ahead and got a new system. His team came out following Wednesday to install the new system and did it in a day! He was very professional and understanding. I asked him a lot of questions since I don’t have much knowledge on HVAC, and he answered every questions. He made sure we had no questions left by the time we left and told us to call him if we have any questions later. It was great having his team!

Cale was very professional, on time, communicated with me about everything. He treated me like a friend and not just another customer. I also felt very safe with him.

My AC went out, called and Cale had a tech at my house the next day! Billy asked me a few questions and quickly went to troubleshooting the issue. Within a few minutes he determined it was the capacitor and asked me if I would like him to replace it. I said certainly and he walked out to the service truck where they had the capacitor in stock. A few minutes later my AC was up and running and I was thinking Billy and saying goodbye!

Cale and Reilly came out to my home at 1230am and provided superior ac service. They were professional, on time, and very informative throughout the whole process. They were able to get my ac up and running and provided electrical service as well! Definitely 5/5 recommend!!!

Billy was fabulous! We discussed the symptoms for my AC units and we easily figured out what needed to be done to get everything back up and running. We also setup a time to have the coils cleaned for the season.
