They send text messages before the appointment with a picture, short bio about who will be showing up to your home, and a link to track when they will be there. I was very impressed. Also, Mark Kennedy was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before the winter weather set in and on the weekend so I didn't have to miss work. My installer Jeff Mooney also went above and beyond by doing my install on a Sunday and coming back to make sure it was completed correctly the next day. He was friendly and communicated all that needed to be done since I could not be home when he did the work. It was such a seamless process from start to finish. The best and easiest home maintenance/repair experience I've ever had.

For the upstairs, high efficiency Carrier system. The first truck dropped the unit ~1:15 pm, the install team arrived ~1:30, with removal of the old attic unit, compressor, and install of new equipment done ~4pm. Would I call them again? You bet!

Wow! I am so grateful for this group. Returned home to find my AC system went out and as it was 18 years old.. time for a new one. OUCH!
My husband is overseas and called the company. Jason White took his call and immediately sent someone over. He was very helpful answering questions and making hubby feel confident that they could help us out quick. Thank you Jason!
Jarred, our salesman was great to work with and explained everything in understandable details. He didn’t try to oversell for our needs and made sure we had several options to choose from. He coordinated and followed up with all the needs and solutions we required. Even the financing was easy and quick. Outstanding job and a huge thank you Jarred!
Jeff and his two installers showed up the next day and were amazing as well. Install included new return ducts, and system. They were done in 4 hours … I was blown away. Amazing team and truly nice guys. Efficient and fast! Our house cooled down 2 degrees in 30 minutes!! Thank you Jeff!! You are a blessing and fabulous installer!

My disabled husband and I had been dealing with an air conditioner that was running all the time, but not cooling the house. We had fans on in all the rooms. Our thermostat and thermometers showed a temperature of 93. I decided I had to call someone to see if it could be fixed. I remembered the Air Comfort Solution commercials I had seen on TV and decided to call them. It was early afternoon on a Friday before a holiday.I didn’t imagine that we would be able to get someone out before the next week. The lady who answered the phone was very prompt, kind and helpful. She said they would have someone out that afternoon. I got a text with a picture, name and information about our serviceman. Within a couple of hours he called and said he was on his way.
He checked everything out and decided he should go under our house and check our ductwork.He found two big ducts disconnected. As soon as he got them fixed, I could feel the cool air.
It was comfortably cool last night!

Air solution with Gary was extra ordinary wonderful and beautiful. My water heater had a problem and unfortunately the first guy messed up with it. The company, then sent Gary and he spoke with his boss. To our greatest surprise, a brand new water was installed at no cost to us. We're still shock of the great kindness of Air Solutions to my family. Thank you Gary and Air Solutions 😊

The service tech that came out was exceptional let me know everything about what he was doing and made some recommendations. But since their comfort solutions has been taken over by a bigger air conditioning supposedly somebody their service over the phone especially sucks their customer service people can't get anything right and make mistakes over a simple visit. I had a tech that came out one other time and he was very strong as a light word to use for his suggestions of what I might need but when he walks out the door he says that offer goes away. Have had a contract with them since 2016 but I will not renew again

They were one of the few companies that could make it out on Monday after a hot weekend of no AC. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several solutions. While I know they would have loved to have sold me a new AC unit, they were good in not pushing me to do so, and thus I’m going to be more likely to get one from them once the time comes that I really need to bite the bullet and get one.
UPDATED: a part they ordered came in Wednesday of last week and was installed. The tech that came out at the time seemed to struggle but got it all going, and no issues. Or so I thought.
Fast forward to yesterday when I discover the brand new fan blade was damaged. I called and they quickly got a tech out the same day. However they now are having to find a new fan blade, and this is where the good communication has stopped. Twice now(once by the tech, then this morning by the person on the phone) I’ve been told they’d call me with an update and get it fixed ASAP, but it has been quiet.

After our 23 year old AC left us high and dry as summer rolled in, I got quotes from five of the biggest/best rated companies in town and was most impressed and assured by Air Comfort Solutions. The salesman knew his stuff and the install crew was amazing. They were all very professional and diligent. Our new system is in (next day install) and we plan to use Air Comfort Solutions for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
