These guys fielded my early call and not only that...same day service!! Darek and Danny were here promptly and handled the trouble mightily. This group lived up to their name. Thanks folks! AC is rocking and rolling again!

Furnace stopped working right before winter storm -- the guys came next day and replaced the main motor. There was a further problem with the condensation drainage, though, and it kept shutting off. Over the next day the Pronto guys came back twice to figure out the problem and make sure it was fixed right. I appreciated their good attitudes and dedication to finding the solution! Would definitely use again.

Kevin, Trey, and Sean came and put in a new heat pump. They did an awesome job! They are very professional with years of experience!!! They will beat any prices of others and back up all of their work!! I highly recommend them for all of your A/C needs!!!

I heard about Pronto through my neighbor. She just raved about them. I liked my last heat and air folks, but they would schedule me way out and cancel more times than not. Pronto is perfect name for this company. They work you in and call when they are headed your way. I love the folks at Pronto and you will too.

We have a service agreement with them and they came and did our maintenance checkup and filter change and cleaned our outside unit to get us ready for turning on our air for summer. Kevin and Trey were very professional, friendly and wore masks, gloves and shoe covers when they came inside to change the filters. About a month later our thermostat stopped working and I called and they came in between jobs to change it out and put a new one in. I am so glad that I found a company that I trust. Thank you to the Pronto family.

I have used Pronto Heat and Air twice. Kevin, the owner and his brother Trey serviced my old AC unit last summer when it quit working and were great, fast and efficient. This week during this crazy cold spell in OKC my old central heating unit went out. I called Pronto and found out that Kevin's wife Alicia now is his customer service representative after working years in the heat and air business. She really is an expert in heat and air and took care of all the details on this call and answered alll my questions. Kevin came out yesterday to assess my heater problem and I decided to go with all new American Standard Units. Kevin, his brother and now his son who also has joined the business all installed my new units TODAY and they work perfectly. Have a nice warm home tonight. I highly recommend Pronto Heat and Air. I will always use them.
