I’m super satisfied with the work these 2 men put in and would definitely recommend them to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

We were very impressed with Darek and Danny! I called one company before trying them, but the other company didn't answer, so I called the next recommended company on our list. We just purchased our house 6 weeks ago and our HVAC system/thermostat started having issues and wasn't turning on most of the time. My husband works out of town during the week and is only home for two days out of the week, so I requested that a service tech come by when my husband was home, so that they could properly communicate the issues to him since I would have no idea what they were saying. They were able to help us out with our request and quickly diagnosed/fixed the issue upon arrival. Danny expertly explained their awesome Maintenance Program, where they will come by twice a year to service/prep our HVAC system for the change of seasons and give you 15% off any other repairs. We were sold and promptly signed up! Darek was able to quickly service our system and show my husband what to do if the issue repeats itself and also pointed out some other possible issues with our system that may come up because of how it's been rigged up/repaired before. That was helpful and informative. Danny and Darek were quick, professional and knowledgeable and we should never have to use another company again. We live in Noble and we weren't sure which companies would service our area.

A/C decided to go out and Pronto Heating & Air was able to resolve the issue. The technician, Claven, was professional, punctual, kind and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. Service charge was more than fair. It's nice to find a fair and trustworthy service company. Will definitely use Pronto again.

Pronto was on site just hours after I called them every time, even when I called late at night. People are human, mistakes were made but I was VERY impressed by the company willing to bend over backwards to make it right and ensure I have AC. I'd recommend them to anyone. Sean is fantastic and knew exactly what was wrong on the first visit, I believe MJ was the one who came out at night to fix my AC. I am so appreciative to both

Trey came out and helped diagnose my AC. He found the issue and was able to get my AC going!! Very satisfying service!!! It was up to 85 in my home and I have three kids and he was able to make our house comfortable again.

We've been using Pronto for 2 years now, & they have been absolutely amazing from day 1! Clayvin came out today for our seasonal check & he was a delight to have at our house. Everyone who has come by has been great! I can't recommend them enough. Alicia is great in office & has helped us through all kinds of issues dealing with our home warranty company. They are always a joy to do business with.

I’ve had Pronto out three times now for small stuff like adjusting dampers and general system maintenance of our systems when we first moved in. Today, the third service, I had them come out and change our filters. Clayvin came today and was a complete professional gentleman. He arrived on time and even took the time to clean the grates. I was completely blown away by this and I will definitely be using them for further services. Many thanks to this locally owned and locally operated company!

Pronto replaced my HVAC. They walked me through the process, gave me options when it came to pricing, got the job done qiuckly during a HOT stretch! Very professional, the installers were courteous and polite, even while working in by super hot attic. Well done Pronto!
