Absolutely amazing and quick service! In the middle of a storm they came out immediately to help us with our heat. Trey was so nice and stayed as long as it took to get it all working in great shape again. Highly recommend!

They were here when they said. Darek was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and quickly fixed it. Danny was helpful on options that were available. When your ac breaks down during an excessive heat advisory it's nice to have some prompt and honest service.

We had our system replaced last summer and Pronto has been an excellent provider in every step. Clayvin Jones 014 did our spring service checkup and he went above and beyond our expectations. This company has excellent service.

READ BEFORE CALLING, I called Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning to find out why my AC line is freezing. After telling the service guy my issue. I told him I keep my filters changed and my coils washed off once a month. He got his gauges out to take readings from my air conditioner while it's running. While this was happening he noticed my schrader valve leaking. And tightened it quick easy fix. After the unit runs for a few minutes he said the gauges is showing that it was low on refrigerant (410a)
Said it needs to be filled up at $145 a pound and I needed 7.5 lb 5 tone unit. That comes out to $1087.
I have my own bottle of 410A refrigerant asked if he could use mine he said no i can't its against company policies. I can understand that So thanked him for coming out.
So I called another guy for a second opinion. Turns out I only needed 3 pounds and was charged $100 per pound.
3 pounds 410a $300
Service call $100
$400 total.
Pronto was going to charge me
$145 per pound
$1087 for 7.5 of 410a
Saved $687
They were going to charge me
$580 for the 4 pounds if 410a that was already in the AC unit.

Trey and Sean were very pleasant. They detailed the service they were performing, was able to answer my questions (I ask a lot of questions). They also provided information on other services the company offers and was honest about what I DON'T need at this time. Two thumbs up for an overall experience!

I wanted a local company and not one of those national chains for HVAC service. Trey & Mike for my heating and Danny & Darele for my A/C. Even Kevin stopped by and helped. Sorry if I missed anyone. Everyone has been exceptionally professional and answered all of my questions. I will recommend using.

The great service began with several conversations with Alicia (sp?) and continued through to Trey and Sean finally replacing the AC. To a person, they were courteous, helpful, and persevered through warranty restrictions and structural challenges in the install. I will use them for my maintenance going forward and recommend them without hesitation.

We had to have a new ac unit installed. We got a estimate on Wednesday and due to the fact we had no air conditioning they found a way to squeeze us in the very next day. Sean and Trey came out and were very professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Cleaned everything up and we can’t be happier with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs the services they provide. Thank you’ll very much!
