We brought a pull along sprayer in 2022. This month is wouldn’t work. Called the store. While they were nice, they were absolutely no help. They couldn’t find the order, even after I called my credit card company. Credit card company found the date it was purchased and what credit card number….. I gave them the purchase date, every phone number we use, price of purchase credit card number and they still can’t find it. So it was pretty much, sorry but we can’t help you!
I won’t be going back if their bookkeeping is that bad and products don’t last a year.

Last experience was not the greatest. Disorganized pickup and the lady who brought my item was very unfriendly, and slammed my door while leaving during curbside checkout. It would have been a one star if it wasn't for the great price I got for these jackstands.

It took us awhile to find this place with the GPS, although we were in the vicinity and took some wrong turns..our fault. My husband happened to see the huge sign by the highway and then found it immediately. It is located in a sort of strip mall, which we weren't expecting. There's a huge parking lot and we easily found a spot up front as there wasn't many cars here at all.

We came looking for a generator specifically. We saw a couple of cashiers in position by the registers talking and on our way back looking for where the generators were located, we also saw a young man putting up stock. No one greeted us or asked us if we needed help. The building is quite large so it would've been nice to have some help. We found all the generators on the west wall and the Perfect one we was looking for. They were all locked up and so my daughter and took off to find that young man to help us. It looked like there no other customers in the whole building. When we finally found him he had to go find another person with the key. So this process went a little slower than expected.

Once the key carrier arrived he helped us get the heavy generator up the front counter where no one bothered to talk to us. They seemed sort of rude I thought. They gave us the amount and we paid. No one even offered to help us get it out to the vehicle. So my husband got it out with one of their carts and loaded it himself. Where has customer service gone? I know we'll probably be back because of the good prices here but next time I hope they work on the service.

Northern tool offers a superior lawn sprayer marketed under the name Ironton. It's robust quality makes it number 1 compared to the ones offered at Home depot, Lowes and Tractor Supply.

I seen at least 4 people working two of us standing in line... one guy ended up walking off because the only person who could work the register was on the phone 🤦 and then my product didn't even ring up the right price 🤔

Always have a good experience in the store. My only issue is the store doesn't always have the items in stock. But that is the way the supply system is currently.

Said they had an item in stock(Turns out they list their displays as in stock *1*) drove half an hour out of my way to pick the tool up and I get told it's not in stock when I'm looking at the display which I could not buy as well. I'll just go straight to the manufacturer since you guys want to waste my time you do not get my money, wish these circumstances were better literally first time coming here(previously avoided due to high costs) and I see I should've just gone with snap on from the get go! At least I'll know I'll get quality equipment as well as customer service. Please fix your stock listings as well for other people who actually shop here .

Just placed an order online, and it was smooth as silk! No probs at all. The physical store in OKC is always helpful, especially when the guys send this female secretary to purchase stuff for them & I have no idea most of the time what I'm getting or how to describe it! Excellent staff!
