Northern Tool + Equipment

Ordered online, pretty easy and fast, go to pick it up, called in my parking spot letter, told they are on the way ...20 minutes later, my mom gives up and goes inside, there are 4 workers just hanging out at the register... Doing nothing. Literally standing there chatting with each other as the phone rings and customers wait in the curbside pickup parking spots.

Very clean store. Courteous staff.

This is the third time I have ordered online via Northern Tool. Very convenient; on all three occasions, items ordered were delivered to my local store for pickup within a week (at no charge). Great pricing (and very good quality) on everything they offer.

Two bad experiences at this store back to back. The first visit, I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes while the cashier behind the counter acted like she didn't see me, and continued doing whatever she was doing. And when she DID ring up my items, I got a nasty attitude. The second visit, I went in to exchange an empty welding gas tank with a full one. I get the tank home, only to see that there is only a 1/4 tank of gas in it. Only 500psi out of 2000psi. Don't waste your time and money at this place.

Went in about ten minutes before close to look around since I haven't ever been there before. Was greeted by cashier and told how much time I had to look around. Within five minutes of looking around was advised buy another worker I had two minutes left before they close. I felt like they didn't want customers to come in to shop their store, maybe they should close the doors early so they don't have to worry about chasing everyone out. First and last visit.

I wnt in to buy stocking stffers for Christmas. I found more than I expected. It was great!

Every time I go into this place, I have to wait 5-10 minutes to checkout. They only have one lady working the register and she’s trying to multi-task other jobs too. Accepting returns and helping people with online orders and stuff. They have probably 4-5 other people working there and they are all in the back of the store. Have you ever heard of cross training ? Open up another register to alleviate the line.

Bought a generator & didn't start for me ,took it right back they went above & beyond exchanged it put my gas in new one & oil in it & made sure it started before I left. 11-1-20 at 4:30p.m.
I have bought alot of stuff here awesome store . Always get treated with respect. Thanks guys .

I live out of town so I get shipping and it's so far has been good. Except my first order through you is triple build so I hope you all got that fixed. Good products

I had made a trip of almost 40 miles to get a wheel and tire for a log splitter that I had borrowed. I was at the Northern Freight in S OKC.

One of the very professional and cordial managers (Stacy) tried to assist me in finding what I needed. Unfortunately, I learned that they were out of the particular wheel combo I needed. This is where Stacy went from being not only a very good employee to an exemplary representative of Northern Freight. She recalled a previous customer had ordered something very similar to what I needed but never came back. After searching the warehouse she found exactly what I needed. To say she made me a good deal would be an understatement. I wish I could leave 5 million stars.
