Purchased a house the past fall with a Home Warranty and then in November my heat pump went down. The home warranty company sent out these guys for the repair. They said the compressor died, and tried to get me to buy a new system thru them and said the repair from the home warranty company of the compressor was a waste.

After waiting two months they finally got the part (suspicious in that a day after I complained to home warranty company about system being down for 2 months the next day they call to schedule the repair). They come out the next week and the tech they sent vented the r22 to the atmosphere and tried to claim it was nitrogen not freon. Then the second tech arrives and has the wrong compressor.

Wait another 2 weeks and tech comes onsite with correct compressor but can not do the repair himself, so have to wait till the next week for another 2 techs to show up and they replace it, but they did not have proper fittings or pipe bender so bent the pipe by hand so now I have a kinked line feeding the new compressor. On top of that the previous tech who had removed the fan before finding out the compressor was the wrong one just cut the wires instead of disconnecting them properly. So now they are wire nutted together. Then to top off the absolutely horrible service they had planned on not replacing the dryers on the line till I called them out on it. Anyone that knows anything about HVAC compressor swaps will tell you that you change out the dryer on the line otherwise you will have premature failure.

I also posted some pics of the way they left the cabinet with missing screws so now it vibrates and makes noise anytime it kicks on. Stay far away from the guys, they will just rip you off.

My Central AC unit had stopped blowing cold and it was diagnosed with have zero refrigerant in it. Jacob Horn was extremely thorough on working through a logical process of diagnosing where the leak was (condenser coil). He is very proficient in his trade. He has amazing customer service skills and was able to answer any question I asked. He was able to explain it in terms that anyone could understand. Overall it was a great experience and the issue was resolved.
On a side note:
The home warranty company on the other hand is a different story. If you have something bad to say about this company, it most likely isn’t their fault. They can only perform what the home warranty company will approve. So before directing your frustration at the office staff and technicians, look a little closer at how the process works with your home warranty company. You might realize your blame has been misplaced.

5 stars, highly recommend this company and Jacob Horn. Keep up the great work guys!

From the initial phone call until completion everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to come out a day early because of a cancellation and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Dylan was was our technician and he was great! I will definitely call them again!

Jacob came out, quoted me a price on a unit and it was installed and running 2 days later. Jacob was very professional and does incredible work. Honest, the price they quoted me was the price out the door. Will be using them for all future repairs.

We have had to have our AC system serviced twice within 1 month and then need it serviced again for the same problem as the first two times. They have not stood behind their work any of those times. Then when I called to explain and get them to come out the receptionist informed me “If you don’t like us then call someone else.” I don’t know how you keep business with this type of service. Also, convenient they only consistently respond to good reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had to have them come out FIVE times to repair my a/c unit. The fifth time they said it was an old unit and there was no fixing it and that our only option was purchasing a new unit. They installed the unit and it still doesn’t work. Our home warranty company said they told them we chose to upgrade which we did not. Now we’re out $5,000 and a unit that doesn’t even freaking work.

I used a home warranty company who contacted ACS. I'm glad they did. I filed the claim at 7am and was called by ACS at 8am. They got their techs Travis and Pat out at 130pm the same day. They were nice and professional and luckily were able to quickly diagnose and solve the issue with my heating. I definitely would recommend, especially with their quality work and prompt response.

All Comfort Specialist was the company that replaced our broken evaporator coil, connected to our home warranty. We had a lot of issues with the warranty company but one All Comfort came into the picture things moved very quickly and we were up and running in just a couple business days. Their techs are professional and timely, and at the end of the day our overall cost was much lower than we were quoted from other companies. I feel like they operate with high integrity and are not out to hurt the customer at all. Thank you for getting our house cooled down again.
