Repair was done through the American Home Shield Warranty program. All Comfort was promptly assigned and made contact the next morning. Repairman arrived at noon the same day, his name is Dylan. He was very professional, listened to the problem, and started his investigation. He found the problem and fully explained what was going on. We discussed the future need for a new AC unit and I appreciated his explanation on the advantages of a new unit. Extremely pleased with the service call.

I used this company 6 years ago (Aug 2016) through my home warranty to diagnose my AC that quit. The compressor went bad and I agreed my AC and furnace were too old and needed replacement. The initial tech never reported his findings to my home warranty, so I was SOL on recouping any repair cost. They installed the unit and I assumed all was working fine. I called for a yearly tune-up when it was due and talked to 2 rude people on the phone, so I called another company. It came time to extend the York warranty and I had to call 3 times to get them to submit the extension on the very last day it was due. Now, 6 years later I have a problem with my AC and I find out the unit was not installed properly, there was air in the refrigerant line, and it was overcharged at too high a PSI (Nobody has added charge since install). Unacceptable and might have damaged the compressor. Now I have a large repair bill that shouldn't exist due to installer negligence.
