This company was the only one to call me back on a Saturday to come out the same day during our last cold spell. I agree with the first poor rating. We apparently needed a coil replaced and charges to upgrade
to code standards for $783. BUT, they tried to
say our unit would go out very soon and we would need a complete replacement for $6500 out of our pocket, even though we have a home warranty.

These people's came out to our house and said that our four year old account unit has some leaks and is low on refrigerant. American home shield called us saying it will be $700 fix had 2 code violations and r22 refrigerant. We opted for a second opinion and low and behold it was just low on refrigerant and it wasn't even r22 refrigerant to begin with . They overcharge and over estimate anything related to AHS so they can take a bigger cut. I would avoid this place like the plague.

The man was on the phone most of the time. Seen to not know what he is doing. Very little to no communication as far as telling my What's going on how long he should be. Its been a 2 to 3 weeks from the 1st time they came out & in between time I had to call the company to check on the status of my work order. Just poor customer service in my eyes
