This company was the only one to call me back on a Saturday to come out the same day during our last cold spell. They arrived quickly and explained to me the situation, issue with my heater and we're able to replace a part of the heater at that time to get my family heat. Thankyou All comfsort specialist!

Great company great people got out quickly fixed the problem in 100 degree weather will be recommending them to everyone that I know house is now cool and me and my family are greatful.

Amazing. My ac went out in the evening. I called at 6 and had a tech at my house by 730. Byron was friendly and had it fixed and running in no time. Highly recommend them to everybody.

Travis was pleasant and professional. I was in a zoom meeting for the entire time he was working on the unit and he made sure that he did not interfere with the meeting. Good experience.

Great company!! The technician was very respectful and noligable. I was very pleased with their work and how quickly they got the job done. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I agree with the first poor rating. We apparently needed a coil replaced and charges to upgrade
to code standards for $783. BUT, they tried to
say our unit would go out very soon and we would need a complete replacement for $6500 out of our pocket, even though we have a home warranty.

These people's came out to our house and said that our four year old account unit has some leaks and is low on refrigerant. American home shield called us saying it will be $700 fix had 2 code violations and r22 refrigerant. We opted for a second opinion and low and behold it was just low on refrigerant and it wasn't even r22 refrigerant to begin with . They overcharge and over estimate anything related to AHS so they can take a bigger cut. I would avoid this place like the plague.

The man was on the phone most of the time. Seen to not know what he is doing. Very little to no communication as far as telling my What's going on how long he should be. Its been a 2 to 3 weeks from the 1st time they came out & in between time I had to call the company to check on the status of my work order. Just poor customer service in my eyes
