Had them visit my residence to look at a simple problem with my air conditioning. They told me I just needed a brand new $4000 unit. Today I just fixed it myself with a $10 part. Completely useless company stay away!

Hung up on me 10x in a row, left me on hold for 20 min, hung up on me some more. Get someone who will actually answer your phones. Horrible customer service, totally disrespectful.
