Spent almost a thousand dollars on product and never received it after almost a month of waiting. Rude customer service from one guy over the phone. Lied to us repeatedly & blew us off totally once. The rest were ok. One lady was very nice. Thanks to her. But... I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use this store!

I needed a rise towing hitch, so I dropped by to get one. The one I needed was out of stock but they helped me find an alternative that was actually a better fit for my needs. The staff went above and beyond to help make sure I had what I needed.

Went there to pick up some needed tools. Wish they had a wider variety of brands but they were fairly priced. Was helped by Julie and Amber, they knew their way around the store pretty well and we're very helpful whenever I asked about specific items.

Every single time we send our delivery driver to buy something here, we always have a issue with the purchase and have to make multiple trips. They over charge, they don't apply coupons, and the list goes on, and on. We seriously hate shopping here when we have to, and the only reason we do is that they carry some items we can't find else where.

I went in to get a part for my husband and I had a guy in there named Josh help me. He went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have the part I needed so he called cooperate to find they don’t make the engine part I needed anymore. He continued to help me by calling someone in Tulsa for the part. In today’s society when you have someone who does such an incredible job helping you and doing their job it doesn’t go unnoticed!

The people that work at Northern tools a very helpful ( though one young man has no manners and opened mouthed yawned practically in my face) the rest were great.

Great selections however, I would highly recommend they have special merchandise available in every store for a quick purchase.
