I found Northern Tools to be one stop shop for tools.Thanks to Candie I was able to find every thing I needed with out having to search the store over to find them and she even talked me into buying some things that I didn't even come for.Sha was very professional and helpful making my experience with Northern Tools a good one.From now on it is my store to shop for tools.Good job Candie.

Jonathan is the man! Electric Generators out of stock all over OKC, Norther tool has them! All sizes. Jonathan answered every elementary question I had and got me in and out with all the supplies I needed within 10 minutes. Kudos for having a well trained staff.

I wish I could give them less than one star. All the negative reviews are correct, do not waste your time with this establishment. The people at the counter in charge of sales prevention are doing their job very well.

This Northern Tool location has ALWAYS had friendly "can do" people on staff to answer any questions and help me find what I was looking for. Great company that stands behind their products!

The most unorganized place that I can remember from management to cashiers to customer service they do not have a clue. I will never step in this store again they are rude, unorganized, no one knows anything. I've spent a lot of money in here the past couple of years but I will never step in this store again and advise everyone to do the same. I wouldn't have given it one star if I didn't have to. Save your time save your money and avoid this place at all cost it will save you a lot of frustration.( Update) I had a problem with an item I purchased i called the store and a sales associate gave me customer service # I called customer service and was on hold for about 10 minutes when someone answered the phone and said they couldn't help me they put me back on hold for someone else from customer service and was on hold for another 5 minutes when customer service answered. I told them the problem they told me the only thing they deal with is online purchases that customer service doesn't deal with the individual stores. She gave me a regional managers phone number I repeated it back to her and i called the number and it was not in service so I called the store and ask for a manager he told me that there was no such thing as a regional manager and proceeded to frustrate me even more.The bottom line after being on the phone for almost an hour and waiting for a response, given a phone number to regional manager that doesn't even exist I had to hang up and just live with the problem. I will never go to the store again !!
