Northern Tool + Equipment

The parts guy. Doesn't seem to come to work. Drove down there two different days and parts was closed. I bet all the other hardware type stores have parts people that are working. Also got told that he goes home at 3. Well its 2:30. Also the sign says the parts counter is supposed to be open until 5. What a joke. You guys will not last doing business like this. I don't think I have ever seen the parts counter open any time I have been at the I-240 and Penn in Okc location.

Called store after spending 2k on sprayer that broke. Employees there are great management terrible.
Still under my 30 warranty talk to manager was rude and not helpful. Explain to him wat part i needed told him i had warranty still on sprayer. After explaining i live 3hrs away he told me to get the part up to 10 days. Then said i needed to bring dprayer back in they would look at it when ask how long said he didnt know. Explain i was a business and needed this problem fix fast told me there was nothing he could do.
So recap had sprayer less then a month first time useing it broke down in 20min. And nothing he could do.
Called there customer service after explained my situation he told me he would overnight the part to my house no fees. Stated he was sorry how i was treated by store manager. Next day part was at my door and i was up in running.
Will never do business with the store on okc. Sad part we were planning on buying 3 more sprayers from them but not anymore.

The service here was awesome. They spent time to help us figure out the best deal for us. They were very patient and helpful. The store was also clean, organized and well stocked.

Great store for better-quality tools and equipment that might go a bit under the radar among big-box hardware stores and discount tool shops. Good selection and good prices, what more could you want?

Always look forward to shopping at Northern Tool, whether it's online or in store, they have top quality merchandise and very capable staff if you need any help with your purchase.

I ordered some shelves over the phone and Amber did a great job helping me figure out the order and shipping issues. I recommend this store and Amber.

I have the best experience ever at this location I went into their being a woman I was completely out of my element and a sweet young man by the name of Aaron Lopez he helped me so much I was able to actually get what I needed plus some things to help me out that I didn't need but came in handy when I got home I will forever be a customer at this location thanks a lot guys see you soon

Great store. Have hard to find items I need for the home.

Shop experience fine, but store not located nearby. Drive and traffic keep me from in store shopping.

Dont wast your time with these people they quoted me a price over the phone and i drove over 45 miles to get it then they changed their price on the item they wouldnt honor the agreed price or try to make it good i know for sure ill never return to their store or another northern tool because of this
