Ordered a new chainsaw online. They had a Husqvarna Rancher for a good price. 40 minutes later it was ready at curbside pick up. I like this store because they have great variety and they sell a LOT of brand name tools, unlike their other discount competitor which mostly sells off-brands and odd generics. I'll go back!!

This company does not care about customers. I ordered an Agri-fab spreader, which I received, broken. It happens. I contacted the company to get it taken care of. They made me take pics and proof of purchase. Then instead of sending me a new unit, they are going to wait until the manufacturer makes them whole and then, I'm hoping they will make me whole. In the meantime, I am spreaderless. Prices are fair, but the company sucks.

Great as usual! Went in and browsed for a while and made a big want list like always, then I got what I went in for. What a great tool, hardware, and supply store! They usually have what I need. I could spend hours in Northern just looking around. The staff is always helpful and accommodating and they always are happy to see my Pomeranian!

I was standing behind a customer who was throwing a fit because he wanted to return a tool and didn’t want to have a check mailed to him. The Manager came up and was very nice and calm. He should have kicked that idiot out. I used to shop here but they had a store manager who had white hair and a beard who was horrible this other guy who dealt with this dispacable customer so nicely seems so much better than that old guy. The store has stuff in it now and is clean, and the cashiers are actually nice. We’ll be coming back. Northern tool you should let your managers kick idiot people out who treat your employees so rudely. Store looks really nice now.

Went here today with a friend. They had a coupon for $50 if you spend a certain amount of money. They charged him $249 for a tool and it should have been $199. Went back in to get it fixed and they said they only owed him like $28 when he overpaid $50. They wouldn't even listen to reason. Cashier was extremely rude!!! She kept saying they had already taken some off for the discount which had nothing to do with the price. Manager acted like he was extremely put out to even have to walk over there. He got ripped off and later realized they overcharged him for the saw also!!!!! Dont waste your time.

Rudest most unprofessional employee I’ve ever dealt with. I did an online order for curbside pickup. I called the number in my email when I arrived, they ask me to come in and I informed them that I wanted to do curb side pickup and that where the short rather large woman with a long ponytail hung up on me. She then came outside and got my ID. This is not how you get repeat customers!

People in the store where very helpful but knew nothing about the product I was after. It was pallet forks that go on a front loader bucket. Could not find the right specs online or by a phone call. I just finally gave up. I think you should be able to ask questions and get straight answers not I don't know! And if the employees don't know and the manufacturer don't know then who does. ( Lost Sale for Northern). Fyi the product I was after was in there own catalog....hmmmm.

My first dealings with the store some 3 years ago were great. A short time later I had an issue and the service department took care of it without question and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Expecting similar results a few months ago, I paid the new technician, Josh, $75.00 to replace a small piece and to “adjust the carburetor” to correct a problem of the engine stopping when the trigger on the nozzle was released. I had no occasion to use the washer for several months, but did so a day or two ago and guess what happened; I found that the engine would die within a few seconds of releasing the trigger on the wand. Seems I am repeating myself! I started this review with the same problem that I am now ending it with. I refuse to return to a store where they hire incompetent personnel, especially mechanics.
