Fast, Local, and people you and TRUST! So amazing to have a great locally own and run company that you can trust. I had them first take care of my mother when she had been given the run around by another company, trying to get her to spend thousands she didn't need to all just to avoid replacing part of her ac that was under warranty. Pronto came out within the day and got her setup and the parts replaced under warranty and i cant thank them enough for that!

But thats not all my AC went down 2 weeks later i gave them a call after work when i learned it was out and 30 mins later Clayvin was at my door and figuring out what was wrong, He didn't have the part on him and it was after hours but he still found someone that did and went above and beyond to try and get us working. Unfortunately the part was dead out of the box but first thing the next morning David, and Darek came out and got it up in running as the first call of the day. NEVER have i had the Lying used to be local but isnt anymore big companies care like pronto does and their response time cannot be replaced! There is no one better in the OKC metro doing Heating and Air... Don't call the big names that have all the commercials and billboard call a local and honest company and i thank them!

We couldn't have found a better AC company! We had an appt booked for Monday but really needed a Saturday appt...Pronto came to the rescue! Our service tech, Clayvin Jones, was amazing and so helpful! He explained everything and we signed up for the annual maintenance agreement! Thank you so much!

We hired Pronto to replace our AC and furnace
They were more than willing to go head to head against their larger competitors concerning pricing. When they replaced everything they were professional and they showed pride in their work. The installation looks high quality and has been running great. We will definitely be doing businesses with Pronto for all our future HVAC concerns.

I can't say enough about the service I got from Pronto. I priced many systems from different companies and they right-sized me for what I needed. I really felt like I was being taken care of without being oversold. A big "Thank you!" to Darek and the install techs!

Danny was our technician and worked quickly and effectively in order to get our house nice and cool again. I will definitely call pronto heat and air and request danny if i have any issues down the road.

Pronto Heating & Air came to my home when I contacted them about 2 weeks earlier. My air conditioner had stopped. My system is only 4 years old (not old enough to have problems). It was on a Friday afternoon and very hot/humid. They told me when I called that they are available 24 hours which is awesome. The two employees Danny Cazares & Darek Welp came out that evening when they completed their other jobs, within 20 minutes they found the problem and within a total of 45 minutes my system was running again. I will always call Pronto for any AC or heating problems. 24 hour service is great as well

+Great service! Our AC went out in July (no one's favorite circumstance) and we called first thing in the morning and they were able to work us into their schedule, when others couldn't. Kevin came over within a couple hours and diagnosed our compressor fan went bad. They were able to get a new OEM part ordered and then worked us into the afternoon schedule for the first technician available to install it. Trey and Sean swung by a couple hours later between other jobs to install it and after about 15 minutes we had cold air again!

Pronto Heating & Air was great. Darek came out shortly after we called and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I definitely would recommend Pronto.

Darek was wonderful! He helped us decide on a new AC unit which was a big purchase for us and he made us feel so comfortable with our decision. He walked us through the process and how our decision would save us money compared to other choices in AC units. We highly recommend Pronto! (And mr. Darek) :)

Danny and Darek were great! They came out as soon as we called and after normal business hours to fix our AC after another company couldn’t figure it out. They will be our first call now.
