Suntech Heat, Air, and Plumbing

Called to have indoor unit inspected as it is old and been having problems. The worker came out and showed us where wires were worn and burnt and advised us we should cave and get a new unit. They were not wrong and very polite! They send out a sales rep and we give permission for them to run our credit score and he says we can get financing through Tinker Federal Credit Union at 9.9% interest rate and quoted us $6,000 grand for brand new indoor unit with a 10 year warranty.

Later that evening we get an email from Wells Fargo thanking us for opening a credit card that has a 28.99% interest rate and we shall receive our credit card in the mail. We call Suntech because we have seen the countless lawsuits against Wells Fargo and were confused as we were told it would be sent through Tinker.

The owner was polite but gave no clear answers as to why the credit card. So we politely canceled the plans to use Suntech as the red flag of signing us up for a credit card made us EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Glad we did because we found another company that rebuilt the lower portion of our unit and our heater works great now and got approved from another bank at a 4.4% interest rate as our credit score was very decent.

I've used Suntech a few times before this incident and sadly will not use them anymore. I will say up until this incident they were fair and did great jobs when we needed them!

I've used Suntech for a furnace repair in 2020 and recently for a plumbing issue that was result of flushing something in the toilet that should NOT have been flushed! Suntech's communication about appointment & tech arrival time is great, the office staff is always courteous and helpful, and the technicians that I've had have always been professional, courteous, & highly skilled. They do always like to sell the 1-year service plan, but be mindful of your situation & if you'll get value from it. It may be a great deal for some, but not others. I would suggest Suntech to friends & family who need their services. Great local company that seems to be run very well!

Ace worked diligently to troubleshoot and repair a complex issue with our system. He was very courteous and easy to work with.

Ryan did a really great job, was very thorough plus I felt he went beyond what I was expecting, definitely went the extra mile.

Mike came out, gave us a quote and came back the next day to do the job. He and his partner, Andrew, did a nice job, even concerned how the pipes and wires looked on the outside of the house. Mike was very nice and explained exactly what he/they were doing. It’s so refreshing to have service professionals that care about the job they were contracted for.

Ryan is the best HVAC person I have ever dealt with. He took the time to explain everything, offer great suggestions, and was genuinely interested in offering the best possible customer service. Suntech always provides great service and they hit a home run again by hiring Ryan.

Heat went out during the coldest day of the year(of course) but the team at Suntech responded within 3 hours of my call! So happy with the level of service we received. The heat is on!!
