    A-1 was referred by American Home Shield. The repairman was 2 hours late (2pm arrival) after receiving a call on Saturday they would be on site "around noonish." The house is not even a year old with the brand-new AC system that ironically A-1 installed. However, our company is the second owner and no builders warranty transferred so we purchased AHW. After checking the system, I was told there was a leak in the refrigerant line, the repairment provided a video verification. I was told the repair and Freon would be $375. In addition, nothing was mentioned there would be a 5% additional charge using a Credit Card!! I wasn't prepared with cash or check since the home is a rental for a family member. In addition, A-1 (AHS) charged a $125 service call fee! They did not take the time to wash/clean the exterior fins on the compressor of the floating cotton wood!! I have always seen service repairmen clean the exterior fins and use the service call fee towards the overall price. The Repair bill did not separate the charges, i.e.: repairing the leak, nor the amount of freon used, LESS the home warranty coverages! WILL NOT FRECOMMEND A-1 to ANYONE! I am a 4th generation So OKC resident and will definitely pass my experience using A-1 and AHS!!!

    A1 was assigned to me via home warranty. The technician that came to my house was extremely efficient and professional. He did a great job. This company could improve on communication with customers.

    American home shield sent this company out. They attempted to overcharge me for services not covered and not even required!. I asked American home shield for a second opinion they sent out another company who was able to fix the problem for a fraction of the cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    A-1 was assigned via my home warranty service. I had them do my pre-season inspection and a follow up. Follow up did not go as planned. Spring check showed main unit needed freon, then told a misunderstanding and not included even though it's in my notes. Wasn't worth arguing and have moved on. Get what your told in writing.

    Absolute lie! They came to my house with service request from American Home Shield to check my air conditioner…. The guy took the battery out of my thermostat and told me the unit is not working and has to be replaced!
    They are fraud. Do NOT use them.

    Home warranty assigned A1 to fix the AC for my tenants. Over 2 weeks have gone by and no fix to the cooling issue and it's currently 100+ in Oklahoma. Did not communicate findings to the warranty company in a timely manner causing additional delays. Had to reach out to another company bypassing the home warranty to get system repaired. Would never recommend.

    Our home warranty company sent A-1 out after the last guy could not diagnose the problem.
    Wes was on time and professional. He made the effort to properly diagnose the system, explained why he was doing what and the results, then made phone calls to locate the circuit board needed. He told us that no suppliers had one in stock and it may take as long as two weeks but they would be in touch.
    The very next day Mike, the owner called to let me know that it still may be a while but that it was ordered and we would get it as soon as possible. I like that extra touch.
    They surprised us again when the part arrived earlier than expected and Wes came back directly for the installation. Once again, we were impressed by his efforts and are really pleased to have our old furnace working as this cold weather sets in.

    Our AC is working, but it is not cold. So we call them. The AC is only 2 years old and should still have warranty. The person picked up the phone telling us to wait for 2and 1/2 hours to call back. She said she doesn’t have anyone available and after hours would be available? I ask for a manager, she said she will have someone call me. Guess what, never did. I called another company, they get it fixed in less than 30 mins. It is 100 degrees outside. They are trying to make overtime and charge more $$$! Bad service! She did not even call any technician and see if they got done early or something! Either she is lazy or they are trying to charge more$$$. Not recommended!!!😖😡🤬🥵

    Mike and Wes are awesome! They came to our house several years ago for a home warranty repair and when my elderly mother needed to replace her A/C and Heat we reached out to them for one of our quotes. Wes was very patient in explaining the system, pricing and next steps. He was on time for the initial appt. and install. Very Very pleased with this company and will continue to use and recommend them to others in the future.

    We used A1 through our home warranty to replace our A/C. The quality of their work & professionalism is top notch. However, their communication is extremely poor. They desperately need a secretary or assistant to schedule their jobs, tend to customers, & keep track of what all needs to be done. They were supposed to come by & finish the job (A/C replaced in May) but they have yet to get back to us after I have called multiple times. They’re always very nice & good at what they do, but they need some office assistance.
