My Home Warranty American Home Shields recommend this company for our AC Unit. I was advised on a Monday that this would be the company that would be assisting me. They did not call me until after O contacted the warranty company several times. I finally spoke with a Mike who informed me that he would be out on Friday between 11-1 then I got an email saying 11-3:30. I explained to them I have an 80 year old father is in home, he then stated he would come out today at 11am. If I seen him today, the ppl reading review did too.

A-1 was sent out from my warranty company for my HVAC unit. The first time they were able to replace the fan on the unit. The next day it stopped cooling even more. A tech came back out and said the compressor and something else needed to be replaced. The work order was put in to my warranty company and approved to be fixed/replaced. The parts were delivered to A-1 within a week and it took another 2 weeks for them to fix the unit. I was then charged $175 for a locking cap for a unit from 1992, which is #1 completely overpriced and #2 absolutely not necessary for a unit as old as mine. The coolant put into my machine was NOT the coolant that my machine needs. My machine requires R22. It was replaced with the lowest of the lowest quality of coolant. So, not only was I overcharged for a part I didn't need, the wrong coolant was put into my unit and it took them forever to replace the compressor in my unit. There were no notes on my ticket as to what coolant they put into my system, but the tech wrote the type of coolant on the unit. The tech also left the old cap right next to my unit, verifying that I already had a cap on my unit that I was told was necessary. I have had 2 other service techs from other companies come out and they have both agreed that I did not need the cap, the coolant was wrong and I was completely overcharged for something that wasn't necessary. Not only was I charged an additional $235 dollars on top of what the warranty company paid, I have had to pay even more in electric bills because my unit is working harder than necessary. At this point, because this company operates without any sort of integrity in my opinion, my warranty company may need to buy me a brand new unit. Which I guess is the only good thing to come out of this whole ordeal. But with the amount of money I've spent on excess service calls to try to fix the problems this company caused, the excess and unnecessary parts that were deemed necessary and overpriced as well as the excess payment due to the machine running nearly constantly, I am nearly out the amount a new unit would have cost us from the beginning. This has been a super frustrating and absolutely unnecessary ordeal and would not have happened had this company and technician operated with integrity. Absolutely disappointed in this whole exchange and do not recommend at all.

A-1 PROFESSIONAL HEATING AIR-CONDITIONING, INC. was efficient and timely. They were dispatched with our Home Warranty for a blower motor that was out. They explained the issue and resolved with without issue.

Rude and unprofessional. From name dropping random customers to accusing all of his bad reviews to be related to one poor visit. If his public replies to customers online are as unprofessional and rude as they are, I can only imagine how he speaks to people in private. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They came out the same day I called them and replaced a part on my heater. No pressure to buy any "extra" add on. I have used them before and always been pleased with their service.

Mike and his crew have been wonderful to work with. They show up when they say they will, you don't have to chase them. There prices are reasonable.

Sent by home warrenty company to repair my ac unit. Arrived late and did not call. They took unit apart and did not repair it.They also would not provide estimate in writing.

Very friendly and efficient technicians that got our ac up and running quickly.

Lots of misinformation. Lack of customer service by the owner Mike. Argumentative. Would not recommend. No problems with the technician.
