. The Tech was so friendly and up front with me about the best way to repair my furnace. I would recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioner, or his or hers Heat service done

Service man showed up early in time window and was very polite. He did tuneup on air conditioner and replaced a capacitor in the attic. Said system was holding freon well and coils were not that rusty. This is after a different company tried to sell me a while new system last summer. So I would say that Suntech’s serviceman was much more honest. Will definitley use Suntech again

Suntech to the Rescue.
We have a Geothermal unit and love it. First time we ever had an issue, a blown capacitor, suntech came to the rescue - on a holiday weekend, with it being 100 plus outside.
I went and got the maintenance plan, saves me a ton in service checks.
Our current episode though- 60x stars for them. Our unit d.i.e.d. ..died. parts issue on a warranted machine. Suntech did there best and then some. I ended up getting a new unit it was so bad. And the new unit and setup is beatific. The install team - Cody & Freinds - know how to build a Geo. We are still finishing it off but the duct work alone is 1000 times better. Look - try em out- professional and family.

Ace inspected and serviced the AC unit. It is 18 years old and is leaking freon. He changed the hard to change filters and shared her a recommendations with me. I appreciated Ace for his promptness, professionalism, friendliness, and candor.

They did great work and the plumbing technician was thorough with explaining what was being done. Highly recommend SunTech!

Jon was early and efficient. He explained to me the problem and how to repair and cost and alternative. He was informative, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy with my decision on a new ac/heat system.

I called at 1:00 pm on a Saturday and spoke to someone - no message to press buttons or emergency numbers to call. A service person was dispatched quickly to assess my hot water tank. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will continue to use this company! Great experience.
