Great customer service. We had a hot water tank bust over the weekend. They came and did an assessment that weekend, and then was able to install a new instant water system on Monday. Very polite and patient with all our questions. I’d highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about the Sun Tech crew and the work they do. They have bailed us out on multiple occasions being able to get to the house on the same day. On time prompt and excellent service!

They put in a new geothermal unit in for me about 2 years ago and they have a great maintenance plan they come out twice a year to check everything, and Tony is not only awesome at what he does but more importantly to me he is an absolute awesome person. This company I would highly recommend. They are helpful and Courteous from ted the owner all the way through their company. In my opinion the way a company should be ran. Thanks for keeping me and my family comfortable all year round.

Even after letting us know they were extremely busy due to the warm weather, Jeff still arrived well within the time window of 2-6, arriving at around 3:30. He was very friendly, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the system. He let us know up front that if he ran into an issue he would let us know before proceeding. When the decision was made to replace our system, Mark did an amazing job at showing us our options and making sure the system we chose was the best one for us. I had Ian come and he did a spring service call. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

I discovered a leaking hose bibb in my backyard. I called Suntech and set an appointment for a technician to come take a look. I called on the day of the appointment to confirm and was told that my appointment was scheduled for the next day. I explained that was not the case, and they sent someone out directly. Matt was very professional and courteous, answered any questions I had. He tried to fix it the easiest and cheapest way first. That didn't work, and he had to replace the hose bibb. Everything works as it should, and I am very pleased with the service.

The owner Ted is extremely knowledgeable and based on our goals for our new system (energy efficiency), he was able to recommend what would work well in our home. Everything was installed quickly and without issue. I feel great about the whole process and would absolutely recommend Suntech for anyone looking for installation of or upgrades to their HVAC system.

My water heater had gone out after ONG had replaced a meter & we had to have the gas on & pilot lights lit. For some reason the water heater didn’t stay lit. But you guy got it going.
