The A/C had a tune-up done. Mark M. let me know what all he was checking. He answered all my questions. He let me know what will be needed later on. And the price. I could have it done now or wait until later. He didn’t force anything on me. It was my decision. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

The people at Suntech are all great to work with, whether it's system maintenance or system replacement. From the receptionist, to the service tech's and system installers.
I highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

John, super nice tech came two days ago. Was here about 20 mins said one bad wiring charged me $280, I tipped $40. Before he left he said heat is coming out. An hour later the house was 55 degrees colder than outside weather. I called company, receptionist said nothing was wrong, then why was I charged $280? Another tech, older gentleman came said something is wrong we’ll have to wait until daytime to come fix it. Today John came and left, problem still not fixed. I called back and said could I have another tech come, she said you’ll have to wait until Monday if that’s your preference. Why would you keep sending the same person who can’t seem to fix the problem. Now I receive and email with 4 options to getting my thermostat replaced from $280 up to $580. The problem has nothing to do with my thermostat. The thermostat is a few months old! I’m waiting to see if they will to see how they are going to help me resolve this problem. I think they don’t know how to fix the problem or they are just trying to make up reasons to keep charging me more and more and more…so far, highly not recommended!

Service Technician ACE is so professional and polite. He explained everything in simple terms for me to understand. No pushy salesman. I highly recommend Sun Tech and ACE as a service technician!

Waited all day for a technician to arrive, finally got a call at 345 saying they were busy and needed to reschedule me a week later. Also told me it was a liability issue to get additional quotes lol. Thanks for wasting my entire day.

Fast replacement of garbage disposal. Pricing of service and competency were outstanding.Also serviced my AC units and replaced filters. They do it all!!! Definitely recommend

Suntech is exceptional. Tony was our tech and he fixed our issue in record time. He was very friendly and even went the extra mile for us to tell us about what we could fix to make our system run better. I highly recommend Suntech you will too give them a call.
