This is a five star service company. Our AC went out on a Saturday night. This was the only company we could get to come take a look. When it was determined it could not be repaired until Monday morning. Mr. Coleman, the project manager, went above and beyond to make us comfortable on Sunday. Then on Monday morning David and team arrived. They were friendly and efficient and had us running in 90 minutes. I’d recommend highly.

By every standard that you could rate a technician, John impressed. He was efficient, communicated every step with corresponding pictures and videos, and was very professional and friendly. I was presented with clear options that were thoroughly explained by the manager Michael ( also very friendly and professional). Highly recommended!

Ian was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dustin came out and gave me a bid right away to get me set up for a/c replacement the next day. Simple, thorough, knowledgeable, good price for all of the diagnostic and time they spent on explaining what I needed to get my problem fixed.

There were a bunch of little issues causing one big problem with our toilet. Instead of taking care of only one or two of them and calling it good, Rodney and Andrew made sure EVERYTHING was as it should be -- in good working order -- before they left. I could not be more satisfied with their service. And their pricing was VERY fair, considering all the work they did. Thanks guys!

They were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate and started work the next day on replacing my moms HVAC unit. The guys were friendly, professional and cleaned up when the job was completed. Highly recommend

The technician Ian was very knowledgeable and was able to get our system back cooling. He was very honest and straight forward. We know at 17 years old our system is on the old refrigerant and we would be looking at replacing it in the near future. He provided a lot of options which is good for decision making. Told us entirely what he did. I would call them again.

A business really has to earn my trust before I can recommend them. I've been working with Suntech since July 2021, when they installed my new geothermal system. We've since had to have them out for repairs several times, which is not their fault as we found out the unit was faulty. (We hope to have a full replacement from the factory soon.) Everyone has been great to work with, from the technicians to the schedulers/dispatchers. I really appreciate how quickly they are to send someone out to get us going again. I highly recommend Suntech in Edmond.

Had Suntech come out to check the refrigerant levels in one of my systems. The system is less than 10 years old and was struggling to satisfy on high heat days.

The refrigerant levels were low as suspected, and of course the assumption was that the system had a leak somewhere. Although we were recommended not to, we decided to have refrigerant added to the system to get it back within operational range. Between this and cleaning the condenser coil, the system is operating correctly again.

The reason we chose this route was it provided immediate relief, and gives us the opportunity to monitor the system at the same time. Oh and when I say relief, the system wasn’t failing, it just wasn’t behaving as it normally should, which would be to cycle even on hot days.

Now we have to talk about the ugly part of this, unfortunately. The price to add a little over a pound of refrigerant was over $400 dollars. It’s pretty common in this industry for pricing to be unreasonable. I’ll take it a little further and say I think this was predatory and borderline criminal. A 25 lb. bottle of that refrigerant costs less than $500, making the cost per pound a little over $20. That amount of markup for materials is greed, pure and simple. I don’t want to get something for nothing, far from it. I would have been happy to pay $200 an hour for labor, and even a reasonable markup for the materials.

As it is though, it will be cheaper for me to buy my own tools and materials and do future work myself. I’m fortunate in that I actually know how to do said work. I’m bummed when I see this kind of behavior, particularly when applied to folks who really have no idea how badly they are getting screwed.

After moving to the Norman area and needed a reliable ACH Company and these guys don’t disappoint. They have a great service plan and don’t push services that aren’t needed. As a woman, I’ve experienced big companies trying to take advantage of my “lack of knowledge” of a service, up price and over sale. NEVER with these guys. John has services the AC now twice and explains what he’s doing and why. We really appreciate that. Thanks!

They were great to work with. Efficient, friendly and did a great job of explaining our problem and making sure we knew all our options. Had a new unit installed and was up and running in a few hours.
