They came out the same day I called. Excellent customer service. Our technician was prompt and courteous, he answered all my questions and explained things I didn’t know to ask about. I highly recommend this company.

HeatTech was great! Our AC was not cooling and the last two nights it was 78 in the house.
They were able to come out same day. Ian was very thorough and informational. They gave different breakdown of options regarding the most expensive to least expensive. Would use them again!

Ace was absolutely amazing! Came in with a bright and positive attitude, immediately got to work, and identified the issues with our AC. Explained what the issues were, how they impact the system, and how they can be fixed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional!

After getting the run around from the service provider associated with an orange Major Home Improvement Store, I put the call in to Suntech. I placed the call at 12:50 PM on a Saturday and a technician pulled up at 1:13. He was courteous, answered all my questions, and was great with my dogs. We should be getting a new tankless water heater on Monday.

Comparing that to a place that has a 1 week lead time on getting a tech to you, nobody shows up or calls at the appointed day, and then their customer service calls you the day after to ask if your visit went well. They have a hard time communicating internally, seems to me. It’s a no brainer.

Should’ve just called Suntech to begin with. They showed up, and fast.

Had a central heat unit that needed completely replaced and added central air to my unit for I did not have one. Any problem I had they were very quick at getting back with me and helping me with the matter. They got the job done in one day. They always answered my calls when I called or texted and kept me updated on everything. That made me feel good to know they were there for me.

Michael and Chase are AWESOME. Very friendly and professional. I was able to review several options and I picked the best plan that fit my budget. I recently lost my dad and I am on a tight budget and the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Sun Tech with people like Michael and Chase working for your company.

Had plumbing services done, they came out and rebuilt an old clean out that was buried under a rock. unclogged a shower/toilet. replaced a rusted valve. returned to make sure everything was working properly. will definitely call them again for future services.

Ian did a good job explaining the tests he was conducting on my AC/furnace system. He outlined the repairs that were needed and emailed the items and costs associated with those repairs.

Mark was prompt as well as professional. He was very polite and considerate with my young children. He was also well informed in his expertise, he communicated the issuses and even why it came about thoroughly. Thank you so much for your service. I will be using Suntech AGAIN.
