Suntech Heat, Air, and Plumbing

Landlord paid $4000 to fix air. It’s 91 degrees in here and we’re sweating.

Tech came out Sunday morning. Looked at outside unit for 10 minutes, inside unit for 10 minutes, and left. Company charged her an extra $300 for nothing. Smh. Unethical.

I won’t call back for fear they’ll charge the landlord more money for nothing.

You guys should come back and finish without charging the landlord anything else. That would be ethical.

We’ve had Suntech come out a few times now. The first time was to repair our AC unit and the next two times were maintenance visits. Their employees are always very friendly and nice to work with. They are knowledgeable and good communicators too. We’ve had a really positive experience with Suntech so far and we get a laugh from singing their jingle too! Suntech, furnace, tune up, do it! :)

From estimate to installation, everyone was courteous and efficient. I knew I needed a new system when I set up the service call and was dreading the process and expense! No high pressure sales, just answered my questions and the install was fast, no mess or issue. I now have a great new Trane system, and years of peace of mind. Thanks Suntech!

Ace came to our home and immediately identified the problem. Ace was very professional and down to earth. He made sure I understood preventive measures and most importantly he fixed it!

Our technician, Rocky, arrived on time after calling to advise he was on his way. He was very professional and answered all our questions. A repair was needed, so he explained why and what was being done. I would definitely call again for service.

Ian was a great technician! He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail that was easy enough to understand and was a great change compared to the last company we used. Recommended for sure.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Gave me several price/choice options and did not pressure me towards any particular one. It was the second time they have been of service to me in 3 years and I intend to keep using them for any future HVA/C needs.
